I went to I hop 4340 Boston Post Rd, Bronx, NY 10475 location with my husband. This location was very small, the waitress was horrible she took extremely long to take orders, she forgot to give us utensils and when she did bring them they were dirty. No napkins until last minute I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese they had the nerve to give me scrambled eggs with a slice of cold cheese . I do not recommend this location..... horrible

On April 14 I went to eat on this place with my family customer service very horrible they had us waiting for 20 minutes or more . Restaurant didn’t even look busy at all the waitress that took me and my family to get a table was very rude . Me thinking she brought us all the way in the corner of the restaurant because I had a stroller . Then she tells me I can’t be with my stroller or I will have to leave I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS. Very disappointed in this place I was not gonna take out my 3 month old baby from the stroller to eat . VERY BAD BAD SERVICE!I end up leaving

My experience today 03/24/2024 wasn’t good. I usually go to the Bruckner one but since I was at BJS decided to go to this one with my family.2 adults/ 3 kidsFirst the lady she didn’t greet she just said give me a minute. Second when she took us to our table I asked her if I could be moved due to the table and seats being more comfortable for us she stated it needs to be cleaned but never told us to wait or she will do her best to move us, the tables were a little bit uncomfortable and small specially with my son that is 18 months old and he dropped a hot sauce neither was I offered a high chair for him and I didn’t request one because I was already feeling the vibe and I just wanted to eat. Third we ordered she brought the juice and she did mention she needed the bring the straw and didn’t brought with even after the food so I had to request it. The waiters was very slow and for some reason I only saw her. Why IHOP on a Sunday you only have one waitress ??? Short of staff OKAY But I assume the manager needs to step in in situation like this. Fourth my husband asked her for more tartar sauce for my sons shrimps and she did not bring it she stood next to us asking for what the other person wanted while we were waiting.Simple I asked for the check and I did not leave any tip because honestly I did not enjoy my 30 min at all I rushed everyone justTo get out of there.

Today my expierence At I hop at 530pm with my significant other was not pleasant with Waiter Mr. MARVIN that also claims to be Manager when asked for a Manager at this establishment. I asked for the Senior menu ordered the fish and chips , because its Ihop that usually pancakes are served with it as i requested to Mr. Marvin and my partner ordered the senior menu breakfast sampler . When i asked for pancakes with strawberry and whipp cream he said ok but did not bring the pancakes because he thought i was joking . I said to him why would i joke with you . I dont know you and you dont know me you give customer respect and etiquette which he does have none. People please do not eat here because on my expierence the soft drinks are flat the lemonade straweberry takes like metal. If you go there you be sorry . The service is not pleasant at all , no customer etiquette.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs but it is very tightly situated, There's barely room to walk. They put my walker in the back somewhere because there wasn't room anywhere in the dining area to keep it next to me.

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. The woman sat us down by just tossing our menu on the table. My family and I sat at our table and no one greeted us. Someone comes in after us and was attended to first and still no one greeted us. Horrible! Do not go to this location very unprofessional!

Good food happy life. Fast service, easy parking … I always get the sirloin steak from ihop.. it is so good. This ihop in particular has made the best sirloin steak I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly. Also… get the Oreo milkshake . They always give extra and that just makes my day so much
