Just count the germs being transferred. Ask for leg and thigh, they give you something different, it’s happened way too many times at this same location. Review your receipts carefully. They over charge and sneak promotions without asking if you want to partake first. The lids to the cup should not be facing up but they are so they’re touching the lids and covering your drink with their germs. I’m sorry, this place is the closest to my house but after witnessing so many hygiene issues and experiencing rude staff. I drive further into Mr Vernon for better services. It’s unfortunate people don’t cherish jobs anymore. Forget about speaking to management. They’re all cahoots with their subordinates; they are aware of the unethical practices within the store and kitchen. This store is a disgrace to the brand & franchise. 2 stars for location and the convenience of a drive thru, the only good about this store.Parking: Great parking, safe lot with lights and always plenty parking. Somewhat private if you like to eat in your car under the tree with shade.

I went to purchase a meal and the way the server spoke to me it’s as if I was begging for food.Her attitude is very nasty.I even overheard her disrespecting a Uber driver.The music is very loud and all they do is talk over the food.I don’t know what type of place is this.The manager was just looking at them and saying nothing.What type of place is this.I may need to contact public health authorities. I was so disappointed I didn’t bother ordering anything from this place..They have a bunch of hooliganism going on in there

At 3:55 pm today the lady at the drive thru order window was rude and condescending. I left the line and went to gunhill KFC and was treated way better. She told me the order was 47 $ like I couldn’t afford it then told me her sign was wrong and I couldn’t get the sides I wanted . Gun hill had the same menu and I ordered want I wanted . Never going back there again .
