Been goin here for over 10 yrs * So far every dish I've had here been very good ... they are kind & polite even when busy.. I dont mind tipping delivery or in person they deserve it for Excellent food and service ..they repeat your order back so the food is made exactly how you like it .. so if u have allergies or just have preferences they will be very attentive to not add the ingredients or inform you that it's necessary for the dish so u may have to reconsider
Please do not order from here. The delivery driver with glasses is rude unprofessional and curses and yells. He brings no pen to sign the credit card receipt. I will never order from here I had to call the cops just to get him to leave my home. He kept yelling and causing a scene. Save yourself time and aggravation and don’t order from here.Portions were horrible as well. Driver requested the food back because after he banged like a crazy person on my door because I refused to give him a tip for his poor attitude and service. Horrible and disgusting

omggggg unless you want someone banging on your door denting it don't order from here. the driver a young guy withglasses is a disgusting pig. he doesn't bring a pen upstairs for me to sign the credit card. I tell him he can leave the tip on the card. he comes back upstairs when I was showering banging on the door numerous times. when I open the door he yells at me you need to sign and I ask him sir but what reason you have to bang in my door nonstop for over ten minutes. he then tells me to give him the food back after I was charged for it. I toldhim if he doesn't leave my apartment I'm calling the cops on him. he tells me f you and after me telling him numerous time to getaway from my front door orI will call the police he leaves finally. do yourself a favor and don't order from here unless you want to experience harassment and a crazy person screaming atyou from the top of his lungs. very unprofessionalo and I'll never order from here. food also was very skimpy 3 shrimp in shrimp fried rice and very little bit of beef.

First of all, I hate going out of my way to make a business look bad bc i actually work in food service and understand what it's like to deal with BS all day, but i'm not gonna let this slide. i understand cultural and language barrier are always a struggle for new yorkers to deal with. However, i walked in to looks by the workers as if i killed someone. nonetheless i said hi i'd like to order and they didn't even say a word just stared at me like i had a foot stuck to my nose. and then i asked if they speak english and they just laughed at me. not gonna lie that was pretty funny but i just walked out and they didn't care. i went up the block to Lee Xing and they actually took care of me. very nice people who are family oriented. the owner of Lee xing is very polite and isn't hard to miss bc he is always moving around.
