They forgot to deliver an item on my order and they refused to give me money money back or send the item. The food they did send was not fresh or delicious. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Extremely poor customer service.

I purchased a large cow with white rice no veggie or plantain. I received old crunchy white rice and two pieces of a large cow foot bone with little meat. They also put veggies and tomatoes and plantains on my plate. This was a total waste of money. To think some one recommended to me. Never again . The servers are very unprofessional.

I used to purchase there I stop because they don't spend time on there food so yesterday I say let me stop by because is over a year I order a plain jerkchicken and a Currys chicken they bailey use Currys the chicken is so dam big it looks like humans meat no taste jerkchicken is dam big I don't understand why they can't spend time and cut up the chicken small and that little bit a container they have selling macaroni for $5dolla is shame you guys need to do better I work hard for my money tellthe cookto do better make the food with taste I waste my money the food was garbage I know when food taste good I was cooking for 10 years old my mouth is not that big to fit those giants size jerkchicken don't worry you guy soon have a competition and then you will value your customers

Payed 35 dollars for two medium meals only for the chicken to come out severely undercooked pink throughout the chicken is unacceptable not to mention I asked for white rice and received rice and peas I can look past that can't look past undercooked over priced food will never go there again and advise no one else to go this is a real review no bots and I will be complaining to everyone I can. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM LASH TO MANY OTHER JAMACIAN PLACES AROUND NO NEED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Your customers in the community you serve is the reason why you have a thriving business. The customer is always right. Can cook good food but know nothing about customer service.

Asked for jerk chicken, sent me bbq chicken. Got 2 fried chicken with Mac & cheese, Super burnt Mac n cheese, couldn't even bite it. Picture doesn't do it justice & fish fry was used for the chicken. And didn't put gravy when requested for all dishes, so it was the dryest food ever. Spent $41 too.

I am living in the Bronx and usually purchased the BEST Rasta Pasta at Footprints Restaurant. This after my son coming to see me and he told me about this restaurant, so I told him to bring me some food including the Rasta Pasta mentioned on thier menu. Let me tell you! It was horrible! It was just Pasta in cheese sauce. Simple put! If you don't specializes in a dish, then just don't make it. Don't waste your money on thier Rasta PastaVegetarian options: Rasta Pasta

this was legit their shrimp rasta pasta. jar Alfredo sauce w a little spice. no veggies. nothing. the shrimp wasnt even seasoned looks like they just boiled them with the pasta. mushy and inedible. n the pasta was so soft n soupy i couldn't even fork it. the chicken n waffles are flavorfull but the chicken was dryer than cardboard. horrible experience waste of money. never again. please close if you dont give a f about the food you serve to your customers. negative 10/10. i want my money back
