Kmart looks like is going out of business, the aisle are getting smaller and the prices are high. They don't have anything in the store, Bay Plaza Mall.

I did not actually eat here,because there is still nowhere to sit. Even though New York is opening up this Little Caesar and the larger KMart in which it is located are still in enhanced Covid prevention mode. They only do takeout and the Kmart does not allow for fitting clothes.

Employees attitude was very nasty and the menu was very limited you could either get a regular cheese pie or pepperoni pie THATS IT..

Their pizza tastes great! But they a bit slow man! Not sure, maybe they need more workers...or maybe it is just slow like that to make those fresh pizzas. Face to face customer service good. But not so much over the phone.
I'm here in the line now and I am in disbelief how they emoloyess are, they are complaint about personal issues about who's not taking their 45 minute break yet,

Horrible service and when I ordered my pizza the lady charge me for a pepperoni pie and cheese one and I waited 30 minutes for my 2 pies to find Out the lady thought I only ordered 1 pie so I had to wait another 5 minutes for my second pie which wasn't a cheese but pepperoni pie and the pizza wasn't even cooked well !!!

"Hot & Ready" my a*** Fuckers never have what you want...EVER. dosen't matter the time of day. When you finally settle for that basic deep dish you didn't want, guess what? They don't have that either. A freshly made pizza will take forever. Caesars ovens are made to push a pizza out in about 12 min, but not this one. Yes, i was once a Ceasars young professional. Pizzas are also made one at a time-WTF?! The pizza prep girl does her job but gets no help because there are no more gloves left! Does this woman ever use the bathroom? Yikes! Garbage is stacked to the ceiling(pic included) hovering over the guess tables that are literally a foot away! How the f*** is this place still open?! Coming here is a hard gamble and a last resort, good luck!

I went to this restaurant and I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for a pie of pizza and the cashier wasn't really paying attention to the customers for example she was in a Corner eating with people in line

All the employers are working without energy the guy who was prepares the pizzas was texting, really texting at the Job and the lady who was in the cashier was slow as a turtle , this place needs a Good, GOOD Manager to guide this place because the pizzas are Good but the employers are not !!
