0.5/3 Food + Beverages; 0.5/1 Value; 0/1 Service I previously got delivery from this Master Wok and it was good enough that it made me return as a customer when cravings for bourbon chicken hit. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste, literally. My order was late, but I don't blame the restaurant for this. However, it was packaged so poorly that the sauces were leaking inside the bag and creating such a mess during transit. The bag itself was not tampered with and clean from the outside though. I got a combo with fried rice and noodles with bourbon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and fried chicken wings. Everything was rather bland and nothing tasted fresh. The fried rice and noodles tasted fine-- no particular flavor stood out-- but the sweet and sour chicken was barely edible. There was a very strong, sharp acidic taste, which I doubt was from the natural taste of pineapple. Rather, it tasted like the pineapple was spoiling and easily overwhelmed all other flavors. I did not finish this out of concern for food safety. The chicken wings tasted stale and greasy, and the meat was anemic. The bourbon chicken was overly burnt and had a strong taste of charcoal. Unfortunately, this too was a miss. At least the rice and noodles were plentiful in quantity, unlike the proteins that were small in quantity. While the platter costs $13, I wouldn't say you get what you pay for because some of the food was either inedible or edging close to it.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Yes, the combos are really filling, however the grade is literally a B rating. We decided to give it a chance, but a total of $15 for mid food (I’ve been to dozens of similar take outs, and ALL have tasted better than this.)The Lo-mein was unflavored, I never knew it was possible to make eggrolls taste bad, at least I could say the orange chicken was the one thing we enjoyed.Once we sat down to eat, my bad was filled with sauce splattered from I don’t know where, cuz the soy sauce packets were closed???$15 for terrible, messy, unsanitary food is not worth it.

I absolutely love everything here. The chicken is almost always freshly out, so it's warm and tender and sweet, and the service is fast. They give so much food for 10.99 too.

I was being assisted by the manager Elbe Lin and was denied to option of paying with two different types of tenders. She insisted the coin amount I gave her was already on the counter. When I gave her the change I attempted to apply it to my order and she refused then continued to use unprofessional statements with her fellow employees to discredit me paying. No one should ever have to pay extra because of an incompetent worker. This was super unprofessional and put me down as a customer I will never eat there again.

The Asian lady who was the cashier was extremely rude. She may be the owner or manager but she has NO manners. I spent over $30 dollars for my daughters and myself. The food was DISGUSTING. The chicken was dried out, so they cover it with too much sauce to try to hide that it is dried out. The noodles were mushy and greasy. The rice was greasy.

The sweet and sour chicken was chewy and then the rice wasn't good at all to me at least. I went back and told them I did not like it and she swapped it out for me but I should have just gotten a refund. I got fried chicken and it was the only tasty food item on my plate. I don't recommend this food
Tonight, 10/2/23 @8:30pm, i ordered low mein with other items. After I paid, i walked over to another vendor and noticed my bag was spilling everywhere. When I went back to show them and ask for napkins, they smiled and said "oh yeah, it has sauce" ? they place is always messy. The food taste good, but rice always seems under cooked.

We ordered from Uber eats. Fast delivery. I got the pick 3 combo. Veggie fried rice, bourbon chicken, chicken wing, plantains. I thought everything was good. Especially the bourbon chicken.
