This place makes the BEST Acai Bowls and smoothies. My favorite Smoothie is the Antioxidant Berry Smoothie. I buy the Acai Bowl when I'm hungry but want to eat something healthy especially late at night. The employees are really efficent and polite. They're open 24 hours 7 days a week.

I ordered for pick up while on the go. Estimated preparation time was 20 minutes. It went to pick up my food after 30 minutes which is why I was surprised when I arrived and my food was not ready. In fact they had not even started making it. Based on the reviews I expected so much more than what this place is. It is nothing more than a corner bodega that makes hot food, salads, and blended beverages. It is unsanitary (I saw a cockroach crawling across the floor) and ingredients are not fresh. After waiting for about 15 minutes and being completely grossed out they got my order wrong.

It's time for a real and true review by a customer who has been going to this establishment time and time again. I have been trying to give this establishment chances over and over again but the truth is the service is horrible, unprofessional, rotten food, fruits and vegetables. I've ordered on numerous occasions at the Deli and these people just make anything they wish, then charge you for it. I've ordered a fruit salad on more than one occasion and the fruit was rotten, I brought it to work and even my coworkers smelled the fruit rotten when I opened the package. While I was purchasing my items this customer, an elder woman was advising the front end her food was rotten. On a total of 3 occasions, maybe more I have been standing on line awaiting to be served and other people were taken before me. I have exhausted excuses and advisories for this establishment. It's disgusting and I will never step foot in this store again.
