I just went to mingles this past weeekend, the service was horrible. I paid for a section which was 450.00 I was told 8ppl could fit in it. It could barely fit 4. When I got to the club they had us standing in a really long line in really cold weather, I felt that if you purchased a section there should at least be a separate line or some seprate way for us to get in that doesn’t require us to stand outside for 30 mins. After finally getting into the club and making it to the section we had to go and track down someone to bring us our bottles , after that I wanted hookah, you have to go order the hookah yourself after waiting in that line for about 29 mins I missed the bottles being brought to the section then had to carry the two hookahs to the section myself. To top it all off you have to order your food at the bar and go back and pick it up. I just think that’s a lot especially if you’re paying extra for a section the service should match. The music was great and the vibes was nice but I would never pay for a section there again

Total rip offThe manager with the short grandma wig is extremely rude . This place has happy hour till 8 pm I arrived at 730 all to have my order taken at 830 when the place was super empty every person kept saying someone will be with you . When it was mentioned to the manager that I arrived before 8 she stated it’s not her problem. The manager walked pass me 5 times before 8 strolling trying to avoid eye contact. When I refused to order she tried to refuse me a hookah. Anytime I asked for something the waitress turned around and went to the manager and she stated make her wait every time . It took me 20 mins to get a receipt and even then she didn’t want to give me that . This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star .Extremely horrible business people .

Ok literally went last night for my sisters birthday. Now key points here we already booked a section in advance daysss before actual party. Upon arrival we still had to wait in a long line & then once inside they attempted to make us pay a fee again! As if we didn’t pay for a section why are we paying twice ?? Yeah, that didn’t happen. Now we are searching for our section ALONE and once we find it there are others already sitting there. Huh? Took almost 30 minutes for security to come and sort that out. Then took about an hour for us to receive our bottles. It’s extremely small in there for the large crowd they are trying to appease. Will not return

Drinks: we arrived an hour before happy hour ended at eight and was able to order five drinks in that time. The rum punch is really strong so it had a prominent liquor taste, which I didn’t enjoy, but my friend did! I also got a Long Island, which was good, and finally we ordered a strawberry margarita, which was also good! Between the 2 drinks, we were definitelyyy lit ?.Food: Ordered the lobster and shrimp, fried rice in a pineapple platter, which for $35 to me was worth it! My friend ordered chicken and waffles, she said it was good. Food did take a while to come out is my only small complaint about the night, but it’s understandable for a busy spot!Atmosphere: lots of blinking/flashing lights. Music went from volume 75 to like 1000 around about 11PM lol so it definitely got harder for us to hear each other. The music was a heavy mixture of R&B, old hits, new, popular hits, Dancehall, and a splash of reggae all from a live DJ. I would’ve loved to hear some Soca given that I am a T & T girl but hey ??♀️! There’s a dance floor, as well as plenty of seating options.Parking: We parked around 7:20PM on a Friday night— there was plenty of options!Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps or obstructions at the entrance of the building.
Arrived requested a table waitress seated us in front of the largest floor speaker about 5ft high followed by a ceiling speaker angled above us. my ears are still ringing loudly from the bad music we requested a table change after ordering appetizers and food that took over an hour to reach us.appetizers and food arrived at the same time bad seating worst food and overpriced I regret the experience and will never return.

I had a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend at Mingle’s on 12/16/23. I reserved the Super VIP Package a few weeks prior and Errol reached out to help assist with some minor arrangements. Leading up to the party, Errol was very professional and accommodating. He communicated very clearly and articulately. The party was a huge success!!!! The bottle girls were very attentive and their customer service was amazing!!! Keisha was also very friendly and helpful with getting everything situated for our group. I am SO glad we chose Mingles to celebrate!!! Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you Mingles for making my boyfriend’s birthday a success!!!!!!
