Whoever is working the north shore Long Island route should be replaced. The dude is rude, and explicitly clear he’s not here to do anyone any favors. You wanna pay for extra hot fudge? Nope. Now you get nothing. He’s got a bad attitude and does not care if you pay extra for more he just won’t give it to you. Me and many others will be happy when he retires.

Year of 2023-I went to the truck (early april), and the cones are $4!?!!! I had to say excuse me?!? I could just imagine the rest! The Man, was like $4. I asked for one scoop? He said yup! First and LAST time I will ever buy from Mister softee! When I was a child, it was $1... now it's the price of haagendaz pint! Ridiculous!

These trucks are terrible diesel exhaust polluters. I work in NYC and every time these trucks are parked on the street corner the toxic fumes they exhaust stink up a two block length and the intersection.

if you are from NYC you already know that Mister Softee , is more then just really good ice cream. It is and adventure of sight, sound and nostalgia. Everytime I have one it takes me back to my childhood. Hearing the mister softee music coming down the block every kid would stop whatever we were doing and running to our buildings and Yelling for our mothers to throw down some moneyBecause the ice cream man is coming. Then having to chase him for two or three blocks to catch up with him. I can't imagine that there is any New Yorkers that can say that the never had a mister softee ice cream cone.

I absolutely love this place or this truck Mister Softee has a great worker the brown skin guy who's been with Mister Softee for over 50 years he loves his workers and he loves his customers he goes out his way to make sure they get great service and they are attended to. His name is Leon he's the best worker in the Galaxy I advise you if you see him in the truck under the highway get you some ice cream from him because he make the best banana boats and the awesomest milkshakes
