I've ordered multiple times delivery to my home, they are usually fast and precise. I ordered from their website which i find very useful as most Chinese restaurants don't have a website. I was satisfied up until recently where my food tasted like dirty dishes. I order white rice with beef and broccoli, my go to, but this time I was disappointed. The beef was either rotten or they let it fall in dirty dish water and still served it. The food is not cheap and I most definitely will not order from here again. This wasn't the first time the food wasn't up to par.

I ordered house special fried rice. I asked them to exclude the pork. They put two teeny pieces of shrimp and three little pieces of chicken. I called and the man said it only comes with two shrimp. shrink the size of the shrimp that con' come in a cup of noodles. The chicken wings were the tiniest chicken wings I ever saw. I'm so disgusted by them. Over priced for sure!

Customer service is horrible and they keep large amounts of packaging in front of the refrigerator that blocks the entrance to the door. However, today I realized none of the employees wore a hairnet. So of course I found a hair wrapped around a chicken gizzard.

What happened to everyone wearing a hairnet in the kitchen? I even called to tell them that wearing hairnets is actually the law and she wanted to argue me down. That hair was wrapped around the gizzard. They have their soda packages right in front of the refrigerator & I took a step back after I ordered my food and almost tripped on the soda packages.

If the lady’s not debating with costumers over the phone or in person, she’s arguing with her husband over the phone or in person. She’s rude and impatient. I got charged for an extra iced tea because SHE wasn’t listening and then had the audacity to deny me of 1 duck sauce and 1 soy sauce. I don’t order here anymore, it’s a mess. Can’t support a business that can’t satisfy or support its customers. Period.

After a bad encounter with this place back in 2018, I thought maybe this restaurant finally got it together. Back then, they were very rude and the food was medicore. Well after today Feb 2023, I will NEVER eat out of this place again. Ordered broccoli with garlic sauce to discover a DEAD FLY in the food. Eat there at your own risk. (Thumbs down)
