Horrible. I ordered TWO bottles of ginger ale and a Pepsi bottle and they sent me a free crush instead which I never asked for and a can of Pepsi. I called and told them about it and they told me they sent “ free “ sodas which was Pepsi can and a free crush bottle but I never ordered this. I ordered specifically 2 BOTTLES OF GINGERALE and a BOTTLE OF PEPSI. You’d think by spending 61$ they would get your order right. Once I called the lady and told them about it she had a attitude. All I wanted was 2 bottles of gingerale and a bottle of Pepsi but I couldn’t even get that simply. DO BETTER AT YOUR JOBS PLEASE. Definitely am not gonna give tips in the future if I order from here again. This isn’t the first time they mess up my order and I noticed they mess up a lot of people’s orders.

I usually order from this place and have to repeat every little thing multiple times because the lady taking the orders will leave out the "crispy" request when repeating my order back to me, or the "cheese" when I ask for cheese, or the well done, etc. And I picked up quick on the correlation of her not repeating it to me and my order not arriving as it should. So I started making sure when I order, despite her getting obviously irritated by having to thoroughly take my order and then relay my order to the cook, that I repeat it until she repeats it back. Today, I ordered my usual bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. My requests are simple. Crispy bacon, no need to toast the bagel. My sandwich arrived, the bacon was Barely cooked. I call her back and tell her, her response is "oh I don't know what to tell you. I don't open the sandwiches and check them before they leave." (Yeah but you don't relay my order properly either cuz for some reason that's a problem for you). So I told her this is inedible. The bacon is still rubber, hasn't been cooked much at all, I haven't and will not take a bite from this, I'll send it back so you can see, but please send me a new one. She put the phone down, told the cook a different order, came back to the phone and hung up on me. Her whole attitude was "we messed your order up, deal with it, I don't care". I waited an hour hoping she would do the right thing. No one has shown up. Now they have my money and I have no food. But they lost a customer. The food is good if they miraculously get your order right. It's her. Service like that is beyond unacceptable. They have the wrong person taking orders on the phone. She does Not like her job.

Food is delicious, wait time however is very long in the morning, Ive waited almost 1 hour to get our food ready. If you are not in a rush this is a nice little place to have a good meal
