Let’s start off by saying this is THE WORST papa johns ever. They have a delivery driver named FELIX DIAZ who thinks he’s the toughest in America. Was very rude and tried to threaten me because I told him to do his job and was playing cyber thug sending me messages via text. I asked the store to refund me and they charged my card 3 times!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I WONT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT BANK FRAUD DONE AND FAKE TOUGH EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY WONT DO ANYTHING JUST RUN OFF AT THE MOUTH

I called to see if my uber eats order was received because on the app there were no updates, all i wanted to know was if they received the order at all. The lady who picked up the phone kept telling me to contact uber eats, She sounded Indian and her name started with an F I believe. She had to get the manager to answer my question. The manager shouldn't have to come to the phone to answer my question because what I asked was simple, did you receive my order yes or no!? I know I'm not a difficult customer and it's frustrating to have to explain 3 times to her that I don't have to contact uber eats, I just wanted to know if my order was received or not because there were no updates from it, which means they received the order but didn't update the status on the tablet.

This place doesn't even deserve this one star. Unfortunately I have to give you one to post this review. This Papa John's location is absolutely terrible. The service here is disgusting and quite disturbing. I placed an online order at 11:24 and it was not delivered until over an hour later. I received the wrong beverage and the food was cold. I called several times and after all the number nonsense someone picked up and said PAPA JOHNS please hold. No one ever picked the phone back up. What really has me upset is that I never bothered to check this store's ratings. I'm not sure how this location is still open. They should close this dump down. I took the loss and just dumped the food in the trash. Only thing worth keeping was the soda. I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM A PAPA JOHNS.
