Our table had been waiting for a while to get service and we were a big group. They were not busy and had staff standing around. When we did finally get service and ordered our food for some of our party came cold. The lomo I ordered tasted about average. I have much better Peruvian food and for cheaper prices. Do not plan to return again.

Sat here for 20 minutes and no one taken my order I guess my money is not important here. I had literally get up and go to the take out to get service. Very unhappy and I use to come here all the time and I feel very disappointed!

Been here many times but i have to reduce a star. Their sweet plantains are burned and not cooked all the way theough. Looks like the oil is too hot so they take it out quick cause its burning and the inside raw. YUCK?

Servers need to be waived down, not attentive. Food wasn’t fresh, this isn’t authentic Peruvian unfortunately. Salad is pre prepared, refrigerated on plate so the veggies were frozen. Just glad I went to lunch and didn’t waste a dinner

The food was good. However, the service was lacking attention to table guests.Clothes will stink for days after you come out of this place, they could use a better exhaust system for the space. If you have a large party, they will add 18% gratuity to the bill.Parking: Parking is hard to find.
Dined here with co workers, party of 6.In my opinion, food was mediocre and service subpar. We should not have to wave repeatedly to get the server attention and it was not even busy.I will not return.

It is a "Peruvian" restaurant, not for Peruvians, I am not saying that it is bad, nor that the food is ugly, but you who are Peruvian are not going to find the seasoning you are looking for. But the Mexican brothers are making their effort, they should lower the prices.
Very expensive. The food wasn't all that. $69 for Matador Combo. There old menu says $38 and that makes more sense.

Here, too, the drinks are robust and fantastic. The servers are prompt and courteous. Everything operates really well, even when the venue is full.

The waiters were nice and friendly. The food was awesome! It was my first time ever eating at the restaurant. I think the UFT had did a reservation for 20 + people as a holiday dinner treat for all of our hard work throughout the school year! I plan on bringing my family there to eat one day there.

The food is good, So I won't gripe about some of the weaker dishes like the Calamares Fritos, which more likely than not will be served over-cooked.The service is where the Pio Pio experience can get spotty; Dining in during the lunch shift means you're likely to get newer servers and service that can range from fine to frustrating.I do still recommend, but be wary of time of day if you're dining in.
