They are extremely racist and prejudice towards Black and Hispanic customers. The entire management and staff are southeast Asian, and they carry their anti black resentment into the workplace and project it on their customers.

I'm from upstate NY and I do work in the bronx from time to time. I ordered my chicken meal via the app and went in for pickup. I received my meal and ask for a sweet heat sauce. This is where I was disgusted, they told me I have to pay for the sauce because I ordered chicken!!! Never in my history of buying popeyes, plus I love rippingmy chicken and dippingit in my sauce. They even put up an illegal sign about paying for sauce. I hope Popeyes corporate get a hold on this mess happening to the people in the bronx. Its overly disgusting you buy your food and have to be fighting for sauces. Please fix this!!!

Conveniently located Popeyes just a brisk walk away from the Pelham Parkway 2 and 5 Subway Station.Staff has the chemistry of a well oiled machine. Cashier was friendly, and both the chicken sandwiches i ordered tasted very freshPrices of the chicken sandwiches at $4.99 a piece was pretty fair in-line with other PopeyesA fair amount of seating is available, although be advised, there are no bathrooms in the lobby at this location and the drink machine spigots are behind the register. Also, No Coca-Cola Freestyle machine at this locationParking: Street parking available, but not guaranteedWheelchair accessibility: Entrance is level with the ground

Check your order before leaving. This is the second time they take food out of my order. They either miss pieces or just getting wrong order.

It's doesn't even deserve a star to be honest. I got a 10-piece meal and every piece of chicken tasted stale and was extra breaded and tasted old. The fries was saturated in oil. You could taste it soon as you bid into it. Also, the chicken wasn't properly cooked. It was still pink on the inside. I had to throw the entire meal away. I was hesitant about visiting this site and now I will never come back to it again. Being at my second time being unsatisfied with the way food is being cooked in there. Popeyes has lost my interest at this location. Never again. Money wasted!!! Please refrain from going to this site

Very bad food paid almost $25 for stail old nuggets and fries . Fries were cold nuggets were felt hard chewy and felt like been siting for hours under the lamp. When I told them about it the guy took the food. Manager told him don’t threw it out and told him to take it to the back and refry it . Plus got the order wrong had to explain that I’m missing extra side orders and that they never put with the meals . Had to throw away my order out it was not worth getting sick over Disappointed and disgusted for thier actions . Manager act as if they are paying out thier pockets. I hope corporate shuts them down or replaces the owner/manager .

Not a nice place, the cold slow was not good, smelled bad, the attention is horrible, they took my order (I was the only customer) them started a side conversation while I was waiting, their conversation was more important than take care of their only customer. I wanted to give

I really hesitated to write this review because I really feel like my complaint is the result of management being burned out with some of the clientele of the neighborhood.I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 10 + years, prior to this Popeyes arrival. When it came to be I was excited to have something other than Spanish food to eat, and the customer service and overall cleanliness of the space was SUPER CLEAN. But since it’s open there’s been consecutive terrible quality issues that have now become just disgusting. I spoke with a female manager about my latest experience, and her response drove me to leave this review and while also supporting my thoughts about the decline of the business mentioned above. There have been at least 3 occasions when I’ve received the red beans and there was more water than beans in my container once I opened it. Tasteless gross brown water. They’ve clearly forgotten what the original thick flavorful consistency in their original recipe for red beans started as. I purchased 2 at the same time and both were the same. I was hungry, upset and disgusted after seeing what they were so willing to serve me.I called the store as soon as I saw this - there was no answer. So I visited the store, and spoke with the manager who responded “don’t worry I’ll comp you another one”, I calmly explained to her that that’s not what I want, what I want is for you to understand that this is not the first time that this has happened and it can not and should not be served to anyone ever. She proceeded to offer me another one to replace original one, I then said “do you understand what I’m saying, this should not be served this way - it’s obvious that you all are adding water to the dish to serve more people for less.” She said yes I understand can I get you another one.”I said no thank you. As I walked out, I noticed a homeless woman sleep in the dining area so I turn around and said hey, there’s a homeless woman sleep in the dining area, she replied “I know.” I replied so you’re okay with it, why don’t you all get a cop to detail, because they’ve never had one. She says “we can’t stop it, it won’t matter. I walked out and honestly I don’t ever plan on coming back.If the homeless people outside, and inside of the space won’t make me stay away, the brown water with beans will definitely keep me away. The chicken and red beans are their staples…I’m really upset that this place probably won’t last in the neighborhood, but if there’s no standard somewhere, then the whole neighborhood’s safety is at risk.… I used to “Love That Chicken from Popeyes”
