Whenever I come here to this Popeyes I never have an issue with cleanliness or the food and the female workers are very attentive and work exceptionally well,but there’s this one guy,an older Indian gentleman who always has a nasty attitude towards me whenever I come in and I never do anything to the guy.For the most part I’m very respectful and courteous whenever I’m making my order and he always appears to be be snarky,rude and a bit racist,his body language and forceful tone of voice gives it all a way.Everytime I come in here it’s always a very unsettling feeling when I come across this dude,I’m not quite sure but I think he’s the manager.Popeyes definitely need improvement when it comes to customer service especially when dealing with minorities in a poor neighborhood.Not everyone in the area is a criminal that’s up to no good.

Really slow workers took them like 20-30 minutes just to give me my food and it was literally just tenders and a sandwich. Not to mention that the first time I went to this popeyes they gave me pickles in both of my sandwiches when i clearly stated to not add any. They don’t even add utensils or napkins nor ranch that is clearly stated in the receipt. I try being understanding and patient because ik working in fast food can be stressful dealing with customers but it’s most obvious that they need MORE and better workers. Food is good it’s just the customer service.

Its Popeyes, the food tastes the same at all popeyes restaurants so theres really nothing to say about the food.Expect to wait atleast 20 minutes on a 3 person line to make your order. Another 20 minutes to get your food.

Every single time I come into this Popeyes these employees are soooo rude and they’re racist !!!!! They make u feel like you committed a crime for buying their chicken. They never acknowledge me and take my order with an attitude every single time. This is my last time coming here. As a postal worker we try to have lunch and want to be comfortable while we eat and they are horrible ??♀️
Ordered the Ghost Pepper Chicken and was totally disappointed. Either they gave me the wrong chicken or their Ghost Pepper Chicken just wasn't hot. They forgot my ranch sauce, the place was clean but there was water on the floor and someone did mop it up after awhile. They give you what is really three chicken wings that's split making it six pieces and it cost $5.99. Service was okay. They never smile or seem like they don't want to be there. The only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because the place was clean and the chicken was very crispy.

It was empty for the first time I guess not many people know it's opened again and I actually was buying chicken at 11 am only because my dentist app was cancelled ? made a bad situation into a good day bye buying chicken from Popeyes it's so delicious it was freshly made that's all I bought so no comment on any other food items.

I can't even comment on the food because I never got any. Is it that your company doesn't like to make money? I asked for an 8 piece meal with 2 legs and 6 wings and was told that it wasn't possible. If there was an extra charge involved, I did not mind paying. If there was a wait, I would not have mind. I was blatantly told NO I can't sell you chicken the way you want it. Why does it matter how may of what pieces of chicken I want. All of it is just sitting getting old under the light why not sell it? Rude employees, underwhelming service always. I will just stop eating here.
