The food is always good, but not always consistent in taste, as it depends on whose cooking that day I would assume. The customer Service has always been great. All I expect is my a reciprocated vibe. They always pass. The atmosphere needs work... it is quiet, but there isn't much for the wondering eye. There used to be music, you know a real island feel as you enter this establishment, but not anymore.Wheelchair accessibility: Nothing to hinder your entrance, dining, and or exit.

I have not had Oxtails in about fifteen years, at least. I have been craving Oxtails for about one and a half years. I just ate an order from this restaurant and it not only satisfied my craving, I have already planned a dinner night with my Goddess and Young Goddess with food from here. Thank you Ranch!!! And the woman whom answered the phone was very pleasant.

I bought take out 7 mixed orders 5 curry chicken, 1 stew chicken and 1 curry goat served on rice with cabbage for my family, I was served the bottom of the tray with the gravy being thick curry powder it was really horrible trying to eat that foodAfter completing my order, the lady emptied fresh chicken, into the tray, which should have been done before serving my foodThe food had to be thrown out, my kids didn’t eat, won’t be getting food from that restaurant again. I was so disappointed
The food is old dry & nasty I will NEVER go back to this dump again the Mac & cheese looked dry as a brick I was so turned off & walked right out!

The attendant, Tanisha, was supper rude. Last time I goto this place.Tanisha needs to be retrained in customer service and how to speak to the customer in a polite manner.You should be FIRED for your poor service.

The lady that was serving me was a racist, she treated all people of color nicely. I ordered two curry goats with white rice, she gave a little bit of rice and she gave me bones, no meat at all, when I asked her if she could add more meat, she threw the food away in the garbage and refused to serve me, I asked to speak with the manager she ignored me, I asked to speak with the owner, she didn't give me his/or her name.The most horrible customer service ever, I implore you to go else where, their food is good, but their customer service is terrible.I plan on filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau. If the owner doesn't reply and apologizes on her behalf. I've came here for many years and never encountered an issue until now.That lady with the glasses is extremely rude and she needs to be terminated.

The girl behind counter had such a mean stone faced scowl on her face as if she didn't want to serve me I would much rather take my American dollars to someone else who appreciates my business. I can't say anything about the food l was so turned off by the b!tch behind the counter. Too many good Jamaican spots that are friendly for me to give them a wooden nickel.
