My favorite pizza place! They always have fresh pies and such nice, welcoming staff! The "Blue Pizza" is an amazing specialty pie. The wings are also crispy and flavorful. The owner, Tom Finnegan, is always kind and welcoming. I have tried many pizza places nearby and none are like Pie Guys.

Oh my God, Riverdale Pie Guys was definitely impressive. Location for this place is ideal. These guys got a miraculous menu also. The staff are pleasant and so very helpful. Every thing was delicious at Riverdale Pie Guys. I would recommend it.

I ordered here twice I usually just pick up but grub hub does offer delivery. My first experience it was quick and pizza was good but I found it can get pricey. The second time i got wings the wings were amazing crispy and juicy definitely recommend. We ordered through grub hub and it gave us like a 30 minute pick up time we got there in 35 min but they had not put the order in we decided to wait as we were already there. We had to wait in the shop and extra 45 minutes for a large pie with toppings and the wings! I'm not sure if I would order here often. We did appreciate the guy making our pizza. The other person making the wings was answering phones and looking at other orders completely ignore we have been waiting for a long time for Our orders that should of been done 45 minutes ago.

I was in the store 40 minutes before writing this review. I've placed an order for Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I clearly said Buffalo Chicken and asked for sizes(inc) on the phone. When I walked in the store; I said again 14inc Buffalo chicken ordered. The person who answered my call, was extremely rude on the phone and in person. When I told him that I ordered pizza, he just said he can not do anything because he already charged me for chicken wings. I would take and leave the store, just told him that I'm not happy for the mistake. He start telling me; they are not happy either and it is my fault. Really?? This is how you take care of your customers or say "sorry''!! He was telling me that I could be nicer.. Well, I would even take wrong order and not complain but after his attitude; I will tell everyone about this store!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They expect you to say sorry after giving you what you didn't even order. I can't believe how they hire people like that. I will contact my cc company and try my best to cancel the transaction. There was another customer while I am talking the employee and I told him that I will write a review and cancel the transaction. I hope that he didn't understand it as I order another chicken wings.

They always take a long time to deliver, but this time it took over an hour 1/2. I tried calling them but they never picked up. Grubhub said the restaurant noted they delivered the food - nope. Grubhub finally cancelled the order after not being able To reach the restaurant.

Terrible. I would never order from here again. Ordered through grubhub- got my confirmation, but the food never arrived. Called and called but there was no answer. Finally got in touch with grubhub. They said they received confirmation from Pie Guys my order was delivered but it was never delivered! Grubhub issued a full refund which I appreciate but I will never order from here again.
Inconsistent/ weirdly slow: When the pizza is good, it is really good. But there’s been too many times when it has been mediocre – for example, finding bits of charcoal on the bottom of the pie because the oven hasn’t been cleaned. And then there is the lateness. They were never fast on deliveries, it was always at least an hour, but they seem to get really disorganized, and it can take an hour and a half or 2 1/2 hours. The last time it took over two hours I said that’s that, no more orders

Delicious pizza. ALWAYS late. Whatever Seamless lists as an estimated delivery time, add at least 30 minutes.

I enjoyed coming to Riverdale Pie Guys before the pandemic. It's disappointing to see how they do not follow mask and glove protection guidelines. The staff handles food and cash simultaneously with no face and hand protection. Observed over several visits. I'll be back again when it's safe.

RPG is the place you want to be! You will not go wrong with the food selection. The staff will take care of you. Did I mention they make there own mozzarella cheese for the pies?! If you're ever in the area. DO NOT pass up RPG. It will be one of those mistakes of a lifetime. Get some!
