The new staff is horrible. They are not plight, not helpful, attitude. It seems to bother them, that you ordering food.

I ordered a small cheese pizza and added sausage and buffalo wings. When the doordasher delivered the pizza, it was a plain cheese pizza. I called the biz and they were like you have to call the website you ordered from to get a refund. I said no, I am bringing the pie back and you are going to give me the sausage pizza I paid for. I sent my grandson to return the pizza and they just put pieces of sausage on it without eve heating it up again. I called to complained how they didn't even have the decency to at least heat it up. The guy started talking abbot how the pizza is supposed to be $20 and I only paid 416.50 and that the online platforms they use have the wrong prices. I said it is not about the prices, you guys gave my dasher the wrong order. I will never order from them again.

Ordered from here on a Friday night thru DoorDash. Took a little longer but when the pizza came it was at the proper temp for immediate consumption: Very warm but cooled off enough that the cheese had gelled to a solid form. No cheese slide here. White thicc plaque cheese on the top - maybe a high milk density type - but well worth it. This was fire.

Great pizza in Mamaroneck! Staff is great, restaurant is a good size but it is popular so not for big groups.The Sicilian is fantastic!

Bad very rude , the guy on the phone sounded drunk got my food and it was wrong. I had to go downstairs to get my food when they said they were coming upstairs had to send my kid downstairs it was a bad situation never again

HI I'm Jayden and the pizza I had from Sal's pizzerie had hair on top of the pizza-not one but 3 I asked for a refund, but they told me no. Not only the food be cold when its get to the destination but the little short guy that work delivers try talk to my niece when I send her down with the money to pay for the pizza he start with " are you single?" and " do you need me to be your sugar daddy ?" then he ask for her name and number also try to offer her liquor meanwhile, she's under age she only 16 she came back upstairs crying about he didn't leave her alone after she was tell him to give her the pizza and for him to take the money when my niece get back upstairs with the pizza, I see she was cry I told her what happened and she told me all that happened i told my niece im handle it . Okay when I open the pizza it was real cold ,so the next day I went to the store to make a bad a*s complaint they try to hide the fact that he works there also didn't also didn't provide me with none of his information. employees is very unprofessional In that pizza shop...

The two Latin men who work the front will treat you badly if you are black. They will pretend to not see you. I thought it was just me then sent friend in who got the same treatment. Wont be going back. Sucks bcuz it was decent pizza.

Wonderful neighborhood pizzeria.Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Food great. Love the grilled Caesar salad.Vegetarian options: Fresh garden salads are on menuKid-friendliness: Plenty of sitting to accommodate kids. Very respectful to teenagers.

The pizza could have been better. No taste. They only make fresh pizza if it’s not with only pepperoni on it. I had to reheat mines at home and add more chesse. Also they need to work their manners. Most of time they have an attitude even if you’re nice to them.

The sandwiches are descent the pasta dishes ok....the pizza to me has no flavor they are small..the staff is pretty much like any other staff at a Bronx pizza joint...
