The location of this Sarku Japan is in the Mall at Bay Plaza. My favorite to-go order is the famous Chicken Teriyaki. If you are lucky, you can ask for extra Teriyaki sauce to complement your order. To enjoy the scenery and peace of the mall, it is highly recommended to enjoy authentic Japanese food in the early opening hours or close to the closing hours of the mall. This advice is for people who love solitude and quiet while enjoying their delicious bento box or teriyaki meal. Plus, the customer service is on-point and deliver the order you want in due time. Simply wait in line and check your receipt. We are lucky to have very good Japanese food in our favorite mall. I highly recommend Sarku Japan for our love of Japanese cuisine.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and the quality of the food has significantly declined. I used to eat this every single time and now I can’t even finish my plate that’s how bad it is. The rice is dry and tasteless, and so is the chicken. Really disappointed at how bad the food has gotten over the years.

Honestly? Greasy food. But I didn't expect any less. My favorite guilty pleasure at the mall aside from Cinnabon. The food is good but yeah, get ready to use your napkins and drink some water with it. Love it

If you want food from sarku Japan, go to throggs Neck Shopping Central, then bay Plaza trust me I feel like the food here is like a demo version of what is expected at a regular sarku Japan store rice isn’t even that good and chicken isn’t so tastey let me not get started at the sushi and dumplings.
