Order a bagel with bacon and cream cheese for 5.50 I’ve never seen a bagel place be so cheap with the cream cheese . Bagel was mid waste of my 5.50

To be completely fair my buddy and I are from Brooklyn so we're use to great bagels. We just happened to be in the Bronx looking for a bagel to eat and chose this place. We ordered a basic everything bagel with cream cheese. Several people ordered after us and they received there food before us. I had to go ask for our bagels and they were ready but got lost in the shuffle or they forgot about us. When we received the bagels they were cold. The bagels were disgusting. They tasted like an onion bagel to me and we bit into them it was like air no bread at all. I will definitely not go back.

Good food , but what's up with the hours ??? It's always closed early. Please adjust the hours online to avoid wasting time traveling here pleasing

Absolutely horrible! Should remove bagels from there awning! Selling 4 different kinds kd bagels and 3 different kinds of shmeers doesnt not quantify one as a legitimate bagel place in NYC. College kids keep it in business.

I’ve been living in the area for about 7 years now. And the first 2 years the food was great! Eventually, the food started getting worst. I noticed that if you weren’t a college student. Their customer service would change drastically. It’s almost like they want you to eat what they want. If I ask for crispy bacon and cold bread not toasted. They literally do the oposite. I haven’t order from here now for a year. But here I went today! I asked for my bread not toasted , yet again. Bread was toasted and my 2 year old couldn’t even take a bite out of it. Just ridiculous. The staff does not care what they serve you. Mind you. We are the customer paying for their wages.

Placed an order through the phone and had to repeat my order to the person 3 times which wasn’t a problem. I arrive to pick up my order( 2 bacon egg and cheeses) and one of them didn’t have bacon. I went back and they told me that’s not what I ordered and were trying to charge me $2 extra for the bacon on top of what I had already paid. If you purchase verify your order before leaving!!!!!

Great catering experience every step of the way. Very attentive and the order came on time, exactly how I requested. I ordered various sandwiches and they were all delicious. Great for large parties as there is something for everyone.
I remember many a lazy Saturday morning where I had no plans & an empty stomach to fill & was so glad that this place opened at 6 AM, so I could grab a (more than half decent & affordable) breakfast sandwich & be on my way pretty quickly.
