Don’t order online, had to wait an additional 20 mins after my order was ready made me wait in line I already paid and ordered long time ago. Normally I wouldn’t care but why go through the time of preordering and then have a “tracker” that isn’t even remotely accurate. Food is great just need better system or workers maybe.

I miss the 80's when subway was, now it's a lot of advertising and very low quality food. Feels strange calling it food. Anyway, it's not good a good chain anymore and this franchise is one of medium lows in the subway chain.

Arif is the man! Very friendly and serviceable. Always in a good mood every time I come. Patient, kind, considerate of others. The food is fresh too. One of my favorite locations.

Ordered online, but still had to wait when I got there. Service is slow. Sandwich was good though the Bella Mozza

An unnecessarily long, and perhaps somewhat petty review, but their staff is frustrating enough that I need to vent. I've ordered here many times -- in-person, through the Subway app for pick up and delivery, and the Seamless app for delivery. There have been issues -- they frequently call to reconfirm a pick up or delivery order made through an app -- but for the most part it's been fine.Subway must have changed their app because last month I wanted to place an order for pick up, but whenever I selected "pick up" I was redirected to delivery. To try to get around this, I put in Subway's address as the delivery destination -- I figured if they "delivered" it to their store, it would be there for me to go pick up. The store called after receiving the order. Apparently ordering is managed through DoorDash and DD's system can't handle delivering to the store's location -- I even asked if the DD person can literally pick up the order (and walk out of the store if needed) and then put it back down on their counter, where I would then stop by and pick it up. Too confusing for them, so we ended up cancelling the order and I changed plans on my end. A few hours later, I ended up placing a new Subway order, this time for delivery using the Seamless app. They delivered no issue.Today I placed a delivery order through their Subway app. The store called after receiving it and, because last month's issue with the Subway app resulted in a cancellation, they've decided they won't deliver to us anymore. Ridiculous. If my parents didn't like Subway so much, I'd boycott and never go there again, so instead I'll have to settle for never returning to that store.

Can't get an order right to save their lives smh don't recommend ordering through Uber eats. It appears they can only make a half decent sandwich in person.

The staff here are extremely rude. I attempted to order two sandwiches from here. I asked for chicken on one and roast beef on the other. The guy making the sandwich took out two pieces of bread and thus I expected him to put chicken on one and roast beef on the other. Instead, he puts chicken on the second hero, leaves the first hero alone, and then stops and stares at me. So again, I say, roast beef on the other one. Instead of moving to the roast beef, he points at the cheese. He doesn't ask me if I want cheese, just points. So I say, sure, you can put cheese. He's still just pointing and not moving. Again, I say, yes, the you can put on the cheese you're point to. The other guy who works there calls across from the register to ask if I want cheese. I say yes. He says which one. Again I reply that the cheese the first guy is already pointing to is fine. At this point, I'm confused as to why the first guy, who is still standing over my sandwich with his hands in the cheese but has not put the cheese on the bread, is being so weird. I have never had an experience in any subway like this one. And the fact that the guy at the register called out from where he was means that he saw that the first guy was being weird. I even asked this second guy if he would just make the sandwiches (by this point he was done ringing up the folks ahead of me and there was no one else in the store). He refused! At this point, I gave up and left. It's very odd to me why a sandwich shop would REFUSE to make sandwiches!!! I like subway and have never had an experience like this in any other subway that I have ever visited. I will never buy from this subway again.

The Indian guys who work here are the best. Obviously subway is always subway, but the quality service gets these guys 5 stars.

This is how the subway workers treats the customers that order online, throw away the receipt while they take care of everyone else while we wait for 30 minutes for them to take our order

Don’t do it. You’ll regret it.I was skeptical to order subway on grub hub since I like to watch them make my sandwich. I should have known they were going to mess it up.I asked for the simplest sandwich and they didn’t even bother to toast it. Added stuff I didn’t want. I paid for extra cheese I didn’t get. So I had to add it myself. It’s just a mess.First and last time I will EVER spend my money here. I have to now stick my sandwich in the oven and take out all the shifbwkcind I didn’t want.Forget about them making it over. You would have to walk 30 minutes to the store which the defeats the whole purpose of ordering, wasting money on delivery fees, service fees, and a $5 tip.I never write bad reviews but you guys deserve it.

Why go to subway when there are so many good deli in new york

Marshall_Maor

There tuna is pretty good. I haven't ate there in a while though but maybe I will this spring. I like to get extra meat on my sandwiches

The only time I fit a footlong in my mouth is when I was lied to about the size.

Fresh? Was my tomato cut with a blue pen? If you want fresh go to Jersey Mike's. Maybe subway is spending too much on getting celebs to be in their commercial instead of the actual food which goes into your sandwich. Especially if you pay $12+ after tax just for one footlong with turkey and salami and swiss and lettuce and some bad tomato. Wish I took a picture of the cucumber. It looked rotten.
