The service is horrible I swear. No smiling face to customer . I was asking a spicy rance sauce while two boy didn’t pay attention while 2 times eye contact. Its was so embarrassing after paying for food we don’t get proper response by cashier . They looks tired and lazy. Proper action should be needed.

Employees are very rude and nasty had me standing there the whole time and only was taking the delivery people business and got rude when I asked a question if there is only 2 people in the store then close cause you need more than 2 people just making tacos and I never got no food from there because of his rudeness

Stood in the store the whole time with my emotional support dog my dogs Government Issued ID in hand and they waited for me to sit down to ask to see my emotional support dogs ID. Which I found weird once again because I was at the serving desk the whole time. Place a sign that says no pets and don't assume everyone's animals are pets because mine isn't. Mind you they didn't ask the owner of the support animal they asked someone else in my group. Hmmmmm. He was quiet and well behaved didn't touch the floor or the tables. They were complaining because they didn't want to sanitize the store like they're supposed to. Saying "my boss my boss"

Horrible service. Due to the Kiosks at the location the staff feel they can acknowledge an order when it's to there convienence. Store was empty & manager & staff can be seen in the back talking not paying attention to orders placed. After seeing no activity at least 5mins after order was placed, I verbally said excuse me out loud where the manager responded can he help me. I inquired if anyone was working in which he replied yes. Then 5 mins later he comes up front sarcastically asking if I ordered in which I stated yes. Then again sarcastically asked if I paid in which I said yes which is why I asked if anyone was working due to waiting for my order to be prepared.

Worst delivery order, 2nd time NO SAUCE,BARELY MEAT. It's not TACOBELL lacking, it's THE RESTAURANT it's self that just serves you MORE THAN ONE TIME awful food. No sauces, barely any meat and you pay so much money, BUT SERIOUSLYTHEY DONT CARE. bad restaurant to order from. I won't order from them again.

Nice & clean! Food was great!More importantly, my 12 year old son opened a "Fire" sauce packet & it exploded all over his face. Got in his eyes & everything. The young lady at the counter jumped right up to help. Helped get water immediately to flush his eyes out. And then checked on him repeatedly the 20 minutes we were there. She was super helpful & compassionate. Offered us anything to help & to make him happy & comfortable.*My son is fine. No problems or permanent damage.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a wheelchair lift available.
