Have visited The Waterfront many times. Attended the “Bally’s Christmas Bash”. Absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Bally’s has done an outstanding job.

Excellent food, great views of golf course and the Whitestone Bridge.Staff were very cordial and food were great. Try the Cubano or Rib sandwich and burgers. French fries are delicious

Our first time dining there and were able to dine outdoors due to a warm stretch of weather. The view was spectacular; the surroundings serene; the service was spot on and the food and drinks were excellent! Thank you Emily (our server)

We had a lovely brunch. The seating was comfortable and the food was delicious. The charcuterie appetizer was skimpy and I wouldn't order that again but everyone enjoyed their entree's. I would definitely recommend this dining experience to a friend.

This is such a beautiful place! The food is so good and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Went for my mom and my aunt's birthday, and we had such a wonderful time! Can't wait to go again for another memorable experience.

Tbh, quite DISAPPOINTING compared to my first visit a year ago.. Although the venue and ambience is still OUTSTANDING, the service and quality left a lot to be desired this time around...Waited over 45 minutes for our food to be served after ordering, coffee was lukewarm, potatoes were missing from my order, no condiments (salt & pepper) or extra napkins on the table, waiter never checked up on us, etc. Not sure what the problem was but it was definitely "OFF"
We enjoy this restaurant. The food is consistently good but the service is consistently bad. The staff is always very friendly but whether the restaurant is crowded or not the food and drinks take forever to reach the table. And this past visit, our entrees were brought to the table and our appetizers never arrived. We have found that to be the case every time we visited. Now we just plan for everything to take a very long time. The views are spectacular. I would recommend the restaurant to friends with a strong caution about the service (not the staff).

The weather was spectacular & so we're the views! The outdoor dining area was well appointed & great for casual dining & drinks. The server Nicole was lovely & gave us great recommendations for lunch & drinks. Price was right too! The food was good & fresh! We had a wonderful afternoon, relaxing. Would recommend for the ambience alone but everything else was a bonus. Will do it again.

We have been long-standing patrons at Waterfront NYC.Manager Cl-on* was disappointing to say the least. He was inflexible and obstinate in accommodating a large reservation on a rainy weekday afternoon/early evening despite the reservation having been made weeks in advance. He claimed that the restaurant could not sit two tables next to one another, required two separate servers (understandable), and demanded two separate checks. The latter was inconsequential but his repetition of these points, and overall treatment during our celebration, made us feel unwelcome in the community.Throughout our dining time, more than half of the huge dining room remained set up and vacant. The server at one table was friendly but inattentive. They seemed to have been coached to provide subpar service. The manager with whom we had email, phone, and Open Table communication with, never came by the tables to greet us despite being at the nearly empty restaurant at that time (see attached).Our saving grace was the protection offered by Open Table to its members and reservation policies. Thank you Open Table for helping a child's special event survive the tanking by this inhospitable restaurant manager.Club members and friends from the area are reconsidering their tees and reservations for the plentiful greens and clubhouses that value their guests. The gorgeous views and design of this site are spoiled on poor management.Management should consider extensive training for this manager, and a review of best restaurant hospitality practices.Parking: Plenty but no valet available.
