First they have to listen to the orders well, you ask for some specification and they serve it to you as they want in the end, second, serve those dishes with dignity for God's sake, make it look nice, they are serving people, the food is very poorly served, third, very tasteless I feel like it's not worth it to sit down and eat, that's all.

Love this place! its a friendly neighborhood place .Lots of regulars. Good eats especially the breakfast. My ice coffee is always on point and the employees always know my order. Kathy is cool and so are the guys and the chief in the am. The Bronx needs more places like this. Only thing the whole selection of fresh donuts has downsized. I do miss my original donut set up. But over all! It’s my favorite place to go grab a cupOf Joe and chatting with my friends and loved ones!

I came to twin donuts for a quick bite to eat on a chilly morning in the Bronx. They have a lot to choose from. They not only serve breakfast, but Mexican fair and fry chicken, wings and that sort of thing. I opted to have their café con Leche, and a BLT. You order at the counter, pay and they call you when it's ready. It came fairly quickly and it was delicious. I don't eat a lot of bacon, or BLTs for that matter but this one was pretty good. The bacon was crispy and they put quite a bit of it so I was pretty happy . A little bit too much mayo but that is not their fault. I don't think that's something people complain about. My husband had a hot hot chocolate and he loved it. I would most definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

When I saw twin donuts, I thought of donuts, chicken coffee as I entered the restaurant I was surprised, very amazed. The restaurant was clean. It was totally different than what I assumed. I’ll tell you this the grilled chicken Charlotte is amazing. The prices are fair.

Customer Service is very well here. The atmosphere is fairly clean and organized depending if it’s not rush hour but overall I can say that the quality of the burgers here are on point. Twin donut should have a bigger name for the quality food that they sell. I do not know who is a chef but usually when I go during my visits, the food is always on point. I highly recommend you to try out the cheeseburger or the deluxe with french fries if you are looking for something fresh and not so processed. Try the burgers ????
