Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

The staff were very polite taking my order but as I was waiting for my order I realized that the 3 cooks in the back were not wearing hairnets. One staff in particular had some of her hair loose.

The cashier was very upbeat and welcoming to everyone who walked in. It wasn't a long wait for my order and I sat there and ate my wings, which were very fresh and seasoned well. Will definitely come back again.

Went to buy something to eat went to charge my phone to make an emergency call to my mom in the hospital .there were birds outside near my bike.moved my bike and the lady who works here came up to me saying why am I taking someone's bike.Im like I know your just joking.shes like no I'm not....I'm like thats my bike I parked outside the store soni had to bring in my bike to prove to the inbusul that it's mine.then she grabbed my phone out my charger and i hadnto snatch it back.she said no charging the phone so i said im going to buy something whats the problem. I ended up leaving without buying anything because these people have nasty attitudes.

They stop taking walk in orders withoutNotification, at the Westchester square location and you have to wait for at least 45 minutes, only 3 employees for the whole shift, so I went to Popeyes and got my food in 15

My apologies for the poor review. I can tell employees work very hard to service this location. With that said I still think the chicken is terrible and service is not perfect but good.

I ordered directly from the Wing Stop app and my food was never delivered despite getting a notification that it was. I called the store for a solution and they claimed the food was there and I needed to pick it up even though I paid for delivery. I was not offered a refund or any viable solution for the inconvenience, so I paid $40 for nothing. The last time I ordered from the app to this store, I made a $100 bulk order with a scheduled pick up time and when I got to the store they said the order was never received. I waited over an hour for my pre ordered food and nothing was offered for the inconvenience. This is terrible customer service and I should've learned the first time to never order here again. Worst customer service ever. I never complain, but dang. I feel robbed
