Fast service , table was sticky but they are understaffed and overworked. Management needs to hire more workers and stop with the bare minimum requirement for shareholders pockets. Most shareholders aren't dining at Applebee's . Food was good we had 3 cheese penee with chicken, side of shrimps, kids pizza and Alfredo with mozzarella sticks and fries the onion rings they gave us was old hard twice fried onion rings that were most likely sitting under the lamps too long . Lemonade strawberry flavor was delicious.
I have not been to an Applebee's in many years & I think Bed Stuy delivered a positive experience for my friends and I. We didn't have long to wait, though we were seated with no menus. Fortunately, Wendy swooped in with the service and explained there would be different times for serving the entrees -- which could have left us feeling confused. Glad she did that.Apps were successful, burgers were reasonable, my friends weren't a fan of the fish but the sides were good. All in all, it was the perfect place for us to go when we needed a family atmosphere to connect. I loved seeing a mix of families, couples, and friends gathered together to share with one another. Shout out to Wendy and the staff for their kindness throughout our time.Vegetarian options: One day Applebee's will have better vegetarian options! But can't put that on this crew

I arrived here with my family and waited 20 minutes to be sweated. There were people waiting before me as well to be seated. We were finally seated and drinks were ordered and appetizers as well. We ate our appetizers and waited 45 minutes for an entree. My man drink was sitting at the bar for 15 minutes before being served. And we were never offered no water. Also took long with the food which included my children food. Never again will i go back here.

The atmosphere was not so family friendly you had people outside the restaurant smoking weed and cigarettes playing degenerate Music and the neighborhood looked messed up. People in there were yelling and cursing up a storm some guy talking about going to get his gun. lol idk what’s going
