First I say that the young man who served us was very friendly and gave us excellent service, but we didn't like what we ordered. I ordered some chicharrones with tostones and an empanada. What happened? Well, the empana and the tostones were good but the pork rinds were salty, I mean salty, it seems like they dipped them in pure salt.

I tried Arepa Lady because they had a special of $5 for an arepa de choclo with steak, chorizo, and chicken on the night I went. The filling was so good and I think they were very generous with the steak and chicken. I wasn't a big fan of the arepa itself because it was a bit dry although the corn flavor was a good combo with the filling.

Got my patacón sandwhich within 10 minutes. So freaking good!!!! I got the chicharrón one and it was filled with yummy cheese, beans, lettuce and the patacones were cooked to perfection. Definitely give this spot a try during your next shopping visit here !

This was my first time coming here. I ordered the arepa with sirloin and my partner ordered the patacón with chicharon (with the green plantain). The food was extremely flavorful and filling. Staff were polite and welcoming. The seating area for the establishment has cute print outs of the history of the restaurant which I found to be a cute read while we ate. I would definitely come back!

He says they open early and when you arrive they don't want to serve you because the food isn't ready until after 11 in the morning. The staff at that time does not know how to serve the public.

I ordered the sirloin Patacon with sweet plantain and avocado.I will say that although my food took roughly 10-15 minutes to make and there was only one older woman cooking up everyone's orders some how the 3 groups AFTER ME got their food before I did. To the point where the guy that took my order asked to see my receipt because everyone else kept getting called ahead of me which leads me to think my order got lost in sauce * so to speak * ?The patacon itself was really good. I wish the cheese were melted a bit more and everything in general had a touch more flavor but the portion was big enough to feed 2 practically.
I came here to try their cheese arepa, but I regret buying it cause it's a waste of money. I should read the reviews first. Oh well! This place is the worst arepa ? !

Should've gone to the Jackson heights location... ONE arepa took like 20 min to come out even though there were barely any customers. Got Sirloin Arepa de Choclo, meat was pretty juicy but overall meh bc a little soggy.

It was nice to sit and have a giant bowl of unlimited popcorn. Also had a drink which was very good it was a banana daiquiri. I also seen that for only $29You clan get a pass for 1 month. Which 1 movie per day limit. Thats great for the winter. Something to do for cheap local. I will be coming back soon. Didn't give t stars because the seat doesn't recline

This was really bad I ordered the pork patacona, I took maybe two bites before I just couldn’t keep eating it I felt disgusting. I went to the guy at the front I asked him if I could get a refund because I didn’t like it and I didn’t feel good and he said he couldn’t refund me because I took a bite. I can’t afford to get something else, I just threw it out. Waste of $13.Update: I threw up. Don’t go here.
