Honestly this is the WORST Chinese food place. Their sesame chicken is all burnt and the food is absolutely nasty. They took over the West 8 Happy Wok Corp and the food there was fantastic. Now they ruined long established reputation of the old place. Look for a different Chinese food place if you want to get Chinese food. They're simply nasty and messed up my order.

I recently ordered sushi for pick up and noticed they hired a new sushi maker, I did notice he was learning but I don’t mind mistakes so when it wasn’t made right and by this I mean the rolls were barley holding together and it came with 4 pcs. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves since the guy was new and it was only one order that came out bad asked them if they could remake it and even texted them a picture of their mistake. UNFORTUNATELY the women laughed so hard on the phone she got her sushi maker on the phone as well and even insulted me saying if I am stupid because the way the sushi came it was normal. I told them how it barley kept together and when picking them up slowly how everythinggg fell apart I kindly asked her to be considerate and not insult me but anyways, they blamed it on me not counting right which doesn’t make sense since hypothetically if they were stuck together as one wouldn’t it have shown once it fell apart?

I'm not sure what to say. I gave this place 2 tries. I wasn't completely turned off from the first delivery but was completely disgusted by the second. I figured because it has decent enough reviews that I would try it again, and I'm glad I did because I'll never reorder. Every single dish we ordered was tasteless, mostly full of fat chunks, and obviously, based on my picture upload, there were unidentifiable bone parts we found in the food. I also purposefully ordered Pad Thai as a litmus test because it's the easiest and most Americanized dish served. It arrived in a POOL of liquid, discolored and mushy shrimp, and a quarter of a cut lemon that looked like someone stepped on it and decided it was worthy of delivery. The unidentifiable bone parts were in the pork fried rice, which was completely tasteless. The biggest main dishes were the largest offenders. The pan-fried dumplings and wonton soup passed as decent. We also ordered a shrimp tempura sushi roll to just test out how they make sushi and, just, no. It had completely dried out rice and was tasteless. How is it possible to make so many dishes TASTELESS when Asian restaurants are swimming in MSG?! I'm just sorry we paid in cash and received NO receipt, or I would have gotten all our money back. If you lost your teeth at Asian Bay, I've got them.

I recently ordered from them with a large list of allergies. They were extremely kind and patient, and the lady on the phone helped me through understanding what I could and could not eat. She helped fit an order in with me that fit exactly with what I could eat. The phone service was amazing! Thank you for your help.
The food is really delicious. I went to the establishment and asked for the food to be sent to my home. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but when the food arrived the delivery man asked me for $10 He told me that I had to give him 10 or 15 for having brought the food something that I thought was in very bad taste.

They sent me the wrong soup, then I waited for them for more than an hour to bring me the right one. And I returned the soup, that they sent me before. Then they called me, and blamed that I didn’t send back the soup & denied to give back my $6. And they kept hanging up on me. Very disrespectful place towards customers.

I ordered the eel avocado roll and hot and sour soup, it was phenomenal and exquisite. The service was amazing and the food came out very quick. I saw them make the sushi in front of me. I will order here again and I recommend this place. They were even nice enough to give me a drink.

Would have given them 5 starts if they actually followed instructions and honored their free items. Ordered Singapore and Pad Thai on Seamless, specified hot and spicy. The delivery was on time and food wasn’t too bad, but it was neither hot nor spicy, it wasn’t even its original flavor. Singapore is made hot and spicy, and I specified hot and spicy, why would you ruin my lunch and make it bland? They also included their menu with free items for certain amount ordered. For $15 you get free soda, well my order was $15 and I didn’t get anything.
