Spectacular. We really like Hunan Delight (always well done) but wanted a variation, so we tried Authentic Szechuan-and bam! While maybe obvious, we hadn't thought about the difference between Hunan cooking and Szechuan cooking, but it's now clear. A solid choice.

Delicious! Don't be afraid to order level-10 spicy for the proper Sichuan buzz. I got the Chongqing chicken and the smoked tofu and celery appetizer for delivery. So good and very fast to North Slope!

Only did takeout. In consistent. First time excellent. Second time so-so. They do not dumb down the spicy quality as much as a lot of Chinese restaurants.

the chow fun was a little on the saltier side but I really enjoyed the chong qing spicy chicken

Fast local Chinese, Crispy Spare Ribs with Chili Cumin is reliably super Delicious. They have like 5 different names (Tofu on 5th, Tofu on 7th, Authentic Szechuan, and as of today ‘Tofu Sushi’). I do not understand but they’re all the same place.

Honestly, this is the best Chinese food I've had in the city. The Orange Chicken is amazing. They always get the order right. Delivery is always fast.

I like Chinese food, szechuan food in particular, and have ordered from this place for years. The food has generally been quite good. Dishes like long hot pepper beef, mapo tofu, hot and sour soup, Chong Qing Spicy Chicken, sautéed spinach, and spare ribs have generally been good to excellent. But in the last few months, the quality has declined sharply, even when eating in the restaurant. It seems that the main chef or chefs are no longer there. I tried asking someone there about, but they did not or could not say anything. Has anyone else had this experience lately? Can anyone recommend another place in Park Slope with this range of cuisine and (former) quality?

Messed up the basics. Ordered super spicy general tso chicken. Got something sweet--why give 5 spice options if you are just going to ignore the customer? Delivery was on time. Chicken was cooked well.

One day I was desperate for good authentic Szechuan food without having to travel to Chinatown. I thought I try this spot. It looked legit and the menu seem authentic enough. When I order my food for take out. I ate it fairly within good timing because the food was still hot. The spicy fish was average. Wasn't anything of special to me. The salt and pepper was okay. It was popular the best dish of the 3 I had. The duck was the worst. Really dry. Chuck that into the garbage asap. This is one and done for me. Only if I'm desperate I will come here.

Don't order food from here. It won't show up. If you want to donate your money to a local Chinese restaurant for no reason, this is your spot.

We have ordered delivery from here a few times now and it tends to be pretty good. The dumplings are great and so are many of the other apps. The main courses tend to be a little weaker, but we keep going back. The duck is very good. Delivery is pretty standard on how long it takes (45 min-1 hourish)

The spicy specialty meals & soups are really better than your average Chinese food takeout.

Authentic Szechuan has become our go-to takeout spot in Brooklyn -- the food is dependably great, super fresh and prepared to order, with generous portions, and never greasy and or gloppy when it comes to sauces. The Szechuan hot pepper shrimp w adjustable spiciness level is a perpetual favorite with lots of really big, juicy shrimp and very light breading. The stir-fried rice noodles are another -- I usually add pork, shrimp and beef and it's quite substantial and delicious. The beef and broccoli is a standby with lots of crispy veg in it that's not drowned in sauce. Soups are always great, flavorful but not too salty. Our only request is that they start putting soy sauces in the takeout bags!

An above average garden variety Chinese restaurant. Every neighborhood should have one. Not nouveau. Just that bland aesthetic with comfortable classics.

Food was delicious! Tried the fried dumplings and soup dumplings, both really good. The fried dumplings were cooked perfectly. Portions are big. The pork belly is also a must.
