Their bagels are quite mediocre. My go to order is lox and cream cheese on a toasted everything or garlic bagel. They overly toast their bagels that end up burning the garlic toppings on the bagels. Their everything bagel is also quite salty, so on top of the lox, it is overly salty. They, however, are quite generous with their lox portions. With other bagel shops in the area, can't say this is one of the better places I've had, but it's a good option in a pinch.

I ordered a bagel with lox & cream cheese. They didn't ask me whether or not to toast the bagel.When I arrived home to eat it, I realized that they gave me butter instead of cream cheese. The lox was extremely salty and fishy. The bagel was small and tough. This was probably the worst bagel I've ever had.Sometimes, the most unassuming places have great standards for their food. This place is dirty and not well maintained. I wanted to give them a chance, but it's clear that they don't have any standards and they frankly just don't care. I regret giving them my business and will never be back.

Don't go here. The place is filthy dirty and the counter help is so rude. They can barely look up from their phones to take your order. Never any eye contact or a "thank you." Lots of cleaner, friendlier places nearby with similar food.

Have to share that the place has terrible customer service and was charged an extra 75 cents for something. Instead of listening I was told this is the price and I don’t care what you think. I said i wouldn’t come back and guy with grey hair said we don’t need your business. What a disgusting thing to say and honestly very arrogant! Go next door and be treated with respect. Shame on you, the previous owner would have never argued and been so petty
