Baba cool is such a cute little spot for a quick bite. We had brunch here this morning and it did not disappoint! The asada bowl was out of this world. Tender meat with greens, half an avocado, fluffy scrambled eggs and an amazing dressing. It was so delicious. The avo toast was also fantastic. Quality avocado. Not pictured is a lemon ricotta biscuit which was sweet, not savory but still a 10/10.

The cook at this place in the morning is so beautiful, not only because of what he prepares but he is really very kind, I wonder if he has a girlfriend, I would help him prepare the breakfasts ?

The food was so good, we got the *Carny egg sandwich, the jerk chicken sandwich and the veg sandwich*. The coffee was amazing truly and the matcha was the good kind (whisked properly!)The staff was very patient and friendly (with an indecisive orderer like myself)They have a warm outdoor seating aside from the space indoors too.Great experience overall.

Needed a quick, somewhat healthy option before running a few errands and this spot really ticked off what I was looking for.Though the sandwiches caught my eye, I'm trying to cut down on my bread consumption so I ordered the baba bowl. Honestly, I didn't even miss the bread. This is a fall lover's dream bowl!I did add their slow cooker brisket for $8 to beef up the dish. I could still see it being yummy without but if you like meat, this brisket is *muah*. Tender, juicy, just fatty enough, this element really paired well with the garlicky sautéed greens and sweet butternut squash. I also loved the green sauce that adds a bit of punch to the bowl. This bowl was hearty, filling and totally delicious.I also loved my latte. It was simple and cute and made me feel all warm inside. Service was fast and they only offer outdoor seating or to-go. I'll definitely be back to try some more items.4.7/5

Everything about this gem of a restaurant is fantastic. If you are looking for high quality ingredient/ home made food, this is the spot! Make sure to order extra food to take home!

So glad this place survived the pandemic, because it’s been on my “want to go” list for years. Finally had lunch here on the very last day of summer. They don’t have indoor seating, just outdoor seating…I tried the Baba Bowl and it was absolutely delicious and didn’t leave me feeling heavy.Highly recommend for a lunch on a nice day!

Waited like 35 minutes for my food, only discover that they have forgotten my order or something. Unfortunately didn't have time to stay and wait for the agutal food to get there.

Edit:Went back today and want to give it 4/5 stars. The happy hour menu is delightful. Loved the watermelon with feta (perfectly fresh for a hot day) and the bread with ricotta cheese and honey (I can eat that all day)The food was pretty good, especially the brisket and the cute location central to FGP. Service was terrible and super delayed and instead of addressing it the server just avoids us.

I wanted to love it but I didn't I had the Turkey sandwich. They ran out of the bread it was supposed to be on and swapped for another. When I bit into it, the bread was so tough and tasted almost stale. It was difficult to eat. I liked the concept of the sandwich but execution could have been better. Like melting the cheese on top of the meat and not into the bread slice. More like a $9 sandwich instead of $15.

Trendy place with what feels very healthy. They have some curated coffees that feel unique, but the star of the show is the brisket platter thing I got. Looks and tastes amazing. Plus the eggs and soft scrambled which is always amazing.
