It's ok customer services. There's two worker never understood me about BD rewards I pop into Baskin-Robbins and they didn't understand what it is. I've had very hard time explaining for it. They didn't understand my App. We also noticed hot water made us coughing and smelled very bad. (Do not try hot drink!) Slope entrance is available! No bathroom at this location

Placed an order and even though the app said they had 3 sugar free flavors, they didn’t have any available at the location.

Was buying ice cream and she didn’t let us use the rest room for a number one.

I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins in literal years, and I've only been to one other location during my childhood. I do have to say, getting my favorite flavor, Jamoca (Coffee) hits different than other upscale ice cream shops. The service was quick and friendly, and they gave us a single scoop the size of two scoops. Definitely worth it for less than $4. Although, the ice cream is a bit too sweet for me nowadays.

Was super quick to order and get our ice cream. Super friendly service as well! One scoop is a little under $4 and it's huge. They didn't have sugar cones as they said they all broke in the box, but they did have cake cones.

Walk about 2 miles and the store was closed an hour and a 10 minutes before the listed time will not be coming back ever and will warn everyone I know about this location

I just received an order through Seamless. Seamless does not give me an option to place a review. Does anyone know how to make a latte in there?? I asked for a caramel swirl. No caramel and it's drowning in milk. I ordered an egg sandwich and for white cheddar and I get American cheese. And this happens every freaking time I order a sandwich from them. The only one in that store who knows what they're doing is the Polish guy who works there mostly at night. His name is Kamil. He's amazing. Everybody else is an idiot.

Well while I was in green point stopped in to get coffee, 2 stars only because my coffee was good, but the store itself was very dirty and disgusting, tables needs to be cleaned, wrappers and napkins and crumbs all nestled on the floor. Needed my coffee fix ASAP or else I wouldn't have gotten any, I just grabbed my coffeE and left, I couldn't even sat down and enjoy my nice hot cuppa coffee.!

Very dirty and the workers are slow

Best deal is to come after 2pm and get a $2 medium latte, cold brew, or whatever cheap deal they are doing in the afternoon

if you're in New York City, no matter which way to turn or what street you're on, there is a Dunkin' Donuts. on the west coast, you are unlikely to see so many dunkins but they are known for their coffee. for someone who isn't really a coffee drinker, i got donuts! of course, i wanted to try their apple fritter and donut holes because i have heard people rave about them. their apple fritter ($1.99) is filled like an apple pie from mcdonalds. i wanted to bring it home and warmed it up. i just wanted to give it a try but it was nothing special. the pumpkin spice donut holes were delicious! since they were cake donuts it wasn't as dry as the jelly filled ones. sweet and tasted like fall !! for 10 pieces you get them for $2 which isn't bad. i think their donut dough is a bit dry when it comes to other donuts but their cake donuts were phenomenal.

We come to this Dunkin' all the time. The workers here are great but what a shame on management for having them severely understaffed. Sometimes there's only one guy and he's running around doing everything.
