Baskin Robbins/Dunkin was a great experience. I went because I wanted to try to Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. It was pretty cool - especially when the cream made my drink go from dark to light

1922 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY 11210 718-758-0002 I am so angry that I was charged for the wrong drinks and the money was removed from my app - after clearly stating the amount was incorrect. There is no refund or credit applied and they just remove it and blame it on the machine scanner. No, I blame it that the staff doesn't listen to the customer. The couple in front of me asked for ice cream cones- they were told ALL GONE. Monday, June 7 around 9:30pm I clearly asked MEHEDI HASSAN to make and ice cream blaster. What I got was frozen iced ice cream. They added syrup and coffee but forgot the ice cream. I asked for the whipped cream and was told ALL GONE as well. 1- I told MEHEDI I wanted two Capp Blasts and each would be wrong up SEPERATE. As they rang the order I asked- why is the sum $5.89 if I am paying for 1- ( I was using a $5 credit from TMOBILE ) the total should have been 76Cents. Turns out they rang 2 up at one time. 2- I told them Refund me and was told, Impossible, When I asked her name, she told me "I have no name" 3- I had them make me another drink, using my 2nd TMOBILE credit. A big argument started that she told me, "No, I gave you 2 drinks, and I said I paid for THREE!!! ( 2 x $5 credit and one at regular price) by than she was getting nasty refusing to serve me anything and all I had was ONE Capp BLAST. I was so angry- Well her theory is PAY for 3/Get 1. Of course I will be calling BR customer service in the morning.

Too few staff helping serve long lines of people. Flavors not organized in the pre packed freezer. No jamoaca almond fudge in the pre packed freezer. . Etc.

This is worst outlet... keep changing the staff.... currently the woman there especially at night is terrible. They don’t have any sundae and they don’t even know how to make ice creams/other speciality items correctly.... and always in hurry as if they have to do something else..... bad service

Line moved insanely slow, tables didn't get cleaned between customers, and there was no toilet paper or changing table in the restroom. Went extremely downhill from the last time I visited this place about six years ago...?

Staff is courteous regardless of the hard work and some grumpy customers. There is usually a wait time @ this location and I go ONLY bc they have parking.

Staff was very rude. A question was asked and the answer was yelled at in a very hostile manner. Will not be visiting there again. Parking for customers was being used as a car wash ha to park a block away and walk.
