Did not have the item order. Instead of cancelling or offering something, only provide a 2 dollar donut as the only alternative. Stupid system and need to not have option open if they don’t have inventory.

My experience with them its disappointing. I ordered my ice cream paid for it. The worker there was a bit rude. I told her I paid for it and I wanted a bag to go. they take a long time I don't think I'm going back there again.

They’re rude and look miserable working there. I was telling the guy my order and he walked away to talk and catch up with with some women who walked in and knew him. I tried to get his attention to get my ice cream and he got annoyed with me! Worst staff ever! And half the ice creams in the freezers are melted so clearly they have broken equipment too. If I could rate this place no stars I would!

The employees are extremely rude and get mad over anything.I saw them being rude to an elder and when I bought what I wanted I noticed they gave me the damaged thing I wanted and when I went to go exchange she let me see the better version and then yanked it out of my hands saying "you can't exchange since nobody's going going to buy that"and I'm just like WTF but of course they started laughing and acting like real bitches.
They didn't wanna serve me ice cream past 12 once.

I have tried to order pre-packed quarts of chocolate chip through DoorDash and they have had the item in stock 1 time. How can you not have the ice cream that obviously is a best seller in stock? How can you lose a sale for an item that you have in stock to sell as a scoop or a cone but you won't make the quart size for a customer. Money lost does not help your business. So far they have lost over $60.00 in sales from me because they don't have personnel who thinks on their feet and goes out of their way to provide quality customer service. That means pack a quart and get the sale!
