What are the opening hours for this place? I was just there at 10:50am, lights on, employees just watching me try to open the doors that were evidently unlocked but tied shut with a bike lock. Open hours says it opens at 10:30am. Guess they didn’t want my business

If you're coming to skate at LeFrak, please do yourself a favor and plan your meals accordingly. Either eat ahead of time or after, or bring your own food. The menu is limited. Even for fast food standards, it was subpar. Service was SUPER slow. Lacked indoor seatings. Came here for an event, they had 6 staff (in sight) and 4 just stood around. Literally only 1 cash register open, and 1 chef in the back. Owner: Why pay the additional staff if they are just going to stand around?! One of the 4 straight up had nasty attitude. We had a large group and wanted to combine the tables, she moved the table back and was all sour about it. Calm down, we ordered food. Put on a smile and move on. People are here to spend precious weekend w their family and have a good time. Not here to deal with whatever you got going on in your life.

Truly don’t bother even getting anything from here if you’ve come to ice skate or roller skate. The service is incredibly slow and staff couldn’t be less helpful. I waited 25 minutes for a hot chocolate which consisted of pouring the premade mix into a cup and putting whipped cream on it. Not sure what the deal is here but just do yourself a favor and avoid it.

One of my rarest 1 star review.First, I placed the order fast, ticket number 1, I ordered 3 hot dogs and 4 sliders and some drinks. I went and sit down to wait for the food. 30 min later I go and ask the manager why is my order taking so long, she said she doesn’t cook the food but she seemed empathetic. I asked if they’re cooking the food, she said yes, all the food orders are being cooked. Meanwhile I get my drinks. Another 10 min passes by and my food is not coming, so she’s asking for my ticket. Goes back to the line and asks the cooks about my order. None of them had my ticket in the back, they probably tossed it. Only then they started cooking my food, had to wait another 15 min, (55 min total for 3 hot dogs and 4 sliders). Everyone there was waiting for their food; some people even asked for a refund and left. I had a 5yo that needed food. After that I asked one of the workers behind the counter for some mayo packets, he looked at me and completely ignored me. I had to ask the manager for a couple of mayo packets. It seemed that the manager was the only worker there who actually cared about their job, all the other employees were completely absent.All of these and I paid a ridiculous amount of money. $18 for a hot dog with fries. Unbelievable!Now the biggest problem was when I got home. I got severe stomach cramps and started vomiting. I realized that I got food poisoning and it was bad. This is the first time as long as I can remember where I got such a severe food poisoning.Bad service, bad food and extremely expensive.I don’t recommend eating at Bluestone at all.

Ordered chicken strips were burnt , food is not cheap to say u get what u pay for, they hid two peices of burnt chicken under fries and a good piece of chicken I took a pic if they let me post it but they don’

I'd like to live this place, bc I've seen it crowded and working but today with barely any people it is slow (30mins wait for chicken fingers??) and the service unmotivated and sad. Probably employees being exploited. On top of that overpriced.
