I think the coffee here and baked goods are amazing but wanted to offer one piece of constructive feedback.The place really would benefit from cozier ambiance. The bright lights are too much for me otherwise I know this place would be packed full of people hanging out and working on their laptops. A few warm lamps would be great instead of the fluorescent hospital lights and there could be a booth around the edges of the wall with tables like other cafes do would do wonders.Hope this place does well and makes it!

The cheese and ham croissant is to die for! And the desserts I’ve had were so very delicious too! I went there craving their cupcake one time and the person who I think is the owner was so sweet! She said they were finishing a batch and had it rushed up for me.

This is a special place that Manuela has curated as if in her hometown of Paris…I’m a regular here at least twice a week for the fresh baked croissant and other patisserie, but last week the team pulled off a special order of 20 quiches and 10 fruit tartes that I ordered just one day in advance for a party…they were ready from the oven perfectly in time and were the centerpiece of the party. So grateful to the team for creating such delicious tastes for the neighborhood and Brooklyn!

When i first ordered from Bonjour Brooklyn French Pastry Bakery, I was presently surprise it was located in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Although, I compared their pastries to Martha's Country Bakery in Brooklyn, Bonjour Brooklyn pastry shop could improve in making their fruit tart creme and pastry shell taste better. The creme was not thick enough for my taste and the pastry shell was baked too hard. However, it actually did taste good. I disliked the baguette chicken with peppers and gruyere cheese sandwich. The chicken tasted like it was processed grill chicken and not actual grilled chicken garnished with green peppers that was uncooked. In my opinion, what this sandwich needed was either roasted red peppers, real grill chicken and cooked green pepper. Overall, the sandwich was lacking in flavor from the unseasoned process chicken having very little condiments of mayo and mustard on the delicious french baguette. The bread pudding I ordered was like a dry cake and not like a traditional bread pudding but tasted delicious. I would order that again. Overall, I would eat at Bonjour Brooklyn again, to try their version of french food and pastry options.
