I walked in and placed in order on the kiosk. After 25 minutes of waiting and 30 door dashers I decided to ask for an update on my food and was told it hasn’t been mad. Prior to paying for my food (a combo meal that included a drink) I asked if I could substitute the fountain drink for a can/bottle drink. I was told know and the only thing I’d be able to substitute the drink for was an extra blue cheese cup because the cans/bottle drinks are for deceivers only. While all this is going on I see Uber eats and Postmates reliever bags being stuffed with fried only to see my order get the bare minimum of fries. I should also add that Durning the bagging of everyone’s fires the cashier didn’t wear gloves and was handling fries bare hands as she wence from the pain of the hot fries falling all over your hand. After this experience I didn’t ask for a refund or compensation or another order for fear of retaliation via more unsanitary health code violation or worse threats of calling the police on my for trespassing . So as I left Buffalo boos I threw away the food and went across the street to Popeyes. Don’t think I’ll ever return this business

I enjoy coming to Buffalo boss the only issue I have is the young lady getting the food licks her finger for the plastic bag which is unsanitary and reusing the same gloves. You should have something to dip your fingers for that. Spanish chick with blonde or pink hair and green sweat pants. So sorry this is my last visit. She ruined it for me thanks. Her Customer services sucks if I didn't asked about my order I would have stayed there all night then when I asked it was sitting on the side . So I asked her for fresh fries since it was sitting for a long while she changed it then slam my bag on the counter. It took alot for me not to go off on her. But I will never return. Fyi wrong person to grow your business!

The chicken is mediocre at best, the flavor mainly comes from the sauce, which I'll give it 2 stars, but the blue cheese is 5 plus stars. It's the best blue cheese I've ever taste, I would put it on everything, even ice cream if I could.

Jesus Christ smh.. where do I begin. I'm gonna start with the date, it's December 7th I visited the buffalo Boss at around 6:45pm *take note so you can know the staff you had working at the time. This review is for the owner.Bro.. this location is a complete mess. Like, you hired these people to run your restaurant??? The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the lack luster person you had at the register receiving people who come in. She literally had no since of urgency, I mean she was so overwhelmed she lost all her fight .. She was clearly undertrained, ill come back to this later.The next thing I noticed was the gentleman who called himself the cook, the captain of the ship, when I seen him he was spinning in a circle completely confused and his uniform was disgusting. BUUTTT, I can tell that he was over worked and lacked leadership. And because he had no leadership they had nothing, I mean nothing prepared.So I'm sitting there and I'm listening them. The lady at the front told me we have nothing ready before I even said anything. Then another lady walked in and by the looks of how busy it was and how happy the other staff looked to see her I can tell she was late. Come to find out shes the manager, the damn manager was late smh. Get this tho, I heard them talking about another person who's taking forever to come in, I'll come back to that..So the manager is there she immediately started being short with everyone, a guy at the counter says "excuse me" the apparent manager immediately cuts him off and says "can you see i just got here I still got my coat on" smh keep in mind orders backed up and the restaurant is incredibly busy.Do I even need to say anything about the food ??It's completely chaos man while people asking for their orders here comes a gentleman casually walking in, and again I can tell by how the staff was so happy to see him he was late smh.. all in all you can expect sht food from a spot with all the potential, all the equipment, and just enough space to be great. Sometimes the customer service can be ghetto but the food taste great. Wings have the cooking option of crispy - well done . French fries are crispy never soggy. I don’t suggest you order through Uber or grub hub for some reason drivers always seem to loose your order or someone else picks it up at the store . When you order 5 wings it does not come with a free ranch/blue cheese you must order 6 a new rule they have so if you love dipping sauce keep that in mind. Other than that it’s a great wing spot to pick up and take out.

My first two orders were great. The boneless chicken was so good and tasted like real chicken. The crispiness of the chicken was on point. I was like why am I just finding this place. After the first two order everything went downhill, for 3 consecutive times I ordered boneless chicken, what did I get… traditional wings. I even called to find out if they were out of boneless (if that’s even possible) they said they weren’t. So why did I keep receiving the wrong thing?
