Ordered a double whopper meal through uber eats, lets just say they replaced the second patty with onion rings and fries and even forgot to put the straw for my drink.

I’m just going to put this right here…As far as I can remember, I have NEVER in my life ordered a burger from ANY fast food burger place and received my burgers that are made PERFECTLY like this BK. I can’t even believe that it’s not even a full size BK; it’s a gas station (Bolla) take out BK. I work right next to this place and every sandwich I have ever ordered from here has been made to look EXACTLY like you see in the pictures and commercials. Perfectly placed and finished off being wrapped better than a Christmas present for your wife. The young ladies behind the counter are kind and take pride in their job. Burger King cooperate and Harry Singh (Bolla President) should definitely treat them good. I honestly can’t believe a fast food place consistently puts out a presentable product every time. ?

I’m ordering Burger King already for the 3rd time and they completely mess up my order for the third time, I don’t understand what the problem is with the employees, they have the order completely written and the third time they confuse it from the track, it’s worth closing this filthy place a long time ago !! !!!

they just messed up TWO orders in a row. I don’t know how it’s possible, how couriers take away orders, but I just can’t even believe that this is possible. they don't even answer the phone. this is my first experience in writing reviews, but I'm so shocked, I have not seen anything like this!!!

I don’t understand why the BK workers look imitating/look like they don’t want to work there. It makes me & I bet other costumers uncomfortable too. But so far they don’t give out any attitude.

I came here to get a quick lunch before driving to my cousin's house in Mill Basin. They were pretty fast and they weren't rude at all according to my own experience. I got french fries and other things but the french fries were kind of hard and almost burnt and that kind of turned me off but it's fine. It is a small Burger King but it's cozy

My coworker and I went in today for lunch,We noticed that the small order of chicken fries meal was $5.09 so we had asked for two orders of that meal. An employee given us a blank piece of paper that said $14 on it since this Burger King is part of a gas station we have to go to the counter to pay. Guy at the counter didn’t know what the order was for and had to ask. I kindly went back to the employee and asked them why it was charged $14 since we got a small and it was $5.09 each he simply stated “ that’s the way it is and you have to do a seperate order” I then stated “I never went to a burger king where I ordered two of the same meals and got over charged for it since it was $5.09 each it should had came out to 10.18+ tax”. He said no it’s part of a meal plan which he was referring to the 2 for $14 meal plan which that plan does not have the chicken fries as an option. We ended up doing the seperate orders however this employee had an attitude as soon as we walked in to order. By the way when we walked in he said the machine “didn’t work” for the receipts, but yet given us a receipt right after we put the two seperate orders however he was no where near the machine prior to that.

Order through Uber eats at 1am. Food quality was on top of all near Burger Kings. Everything was fresh and tasteful. Overall, deserve this rate. And tbh, a lots of bad reviews seems like not as what I experienced. Definitely going again.

This Burger King is horrible. Absolutely disgustingI ordered had browns for my daughter they were hard as a rock she couldn’t even chew them.I figured okay let me try again about 2 months later order fully loaded breakfast sandwich i didnt even get the ham or bacon which is supposeTo come on the sandwich.I called to complain and they hang up on me.NEVER GO HERE the service is a shame ??

Been here a few times, pretty good for the most part. Went today at 4am because they say its 24 hours online. The guy was pretty rude telling me that burger King and the gas station market were closed. Gotta work on the attitude.
