Just read a news story all about this particular Burger King... all about the lawsuit being brought against this "restaurant" for basically being an open air drug market on Fulton St.I live in Colorado, so you know you've made some serious miscalculations in your life if your restaurant has become such a terrible blight on the local area that it's made national news!! It seems the only people that care about the crimes taking place at and/or in this Burger King are the people that have to live right next door to it. Can't imagine the despair these folks must feel when they see their property values plummeting!!

Honestly one star is too much credit for this location. The employees don't even greet you, they all look miserable. And the food is terrible. It was a waist of money and time to stop there after being so hungry. I had to throw out half the food cause everything tasted old, it must've been expired because I threw up after I got home. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Your restaurant had 2 employees for a very long time. The service that was rendered was exceptional ? ?! We had a wait but was updated every few moments. The staff on duty I believe is a night shift manager handled a very many stressful moments with class and grace! I'm a manager in customer service field and I'm utterly impressed. Mercedes was extremely impressive. She deserves all the praise for handling a major crowd. Everyone was dealt with respect. She an amazing employee!!

I came to This Burger King for the first time today after being at an appointment in the area for HOURS!!!! I was so hungry by time I left my appointment that I went into this location and Order about 16$ worth of food for myself . after receiving my food I had to immediately leave in order to make my next appointment so, Once on the train I open my bag and realized how bad my food was. My fries was burnt and unsalted,my chicken wrap (which I was really excited about) was OLD. It was only a tiny bit of lettuce, a tomato that was smashed up and melting apart (old).and one piece of chicken that was slimy and looked weird.also my chocolate pie cake (which I decided to treat myself too) was NOT COLD and was falling apart. The only thing that was good was my bacon cheeseburger. Even my coca-Cola soda was kind of flat. I was highly disappointed and wished I was able to notice it before I left, because I definitely wanna ask for a refund or exchange for better quality food. The worst part I was still hungry when I got to my next appointment. Thanks burger king for wasted my time and money ?FYI. A lot of people was complaining at that location because they was understaffed and people orders was consistently getting messed up.Do better !
