I recently ordered the Rainbow Layer Cake and Heavenly Banana Pudding from Burger Urway's East Flatbush location, and unfortunately, the dessert experience left much to be desired. Let's start with the Rainbow Layer Cake. Although visually appealing at first glance, the taste was a major letdown. It had an unmistakable grocery store-bought flavor that failed to live up to the expectations set by its vibrant appearance. The overall taste did not justify a second attempt, and I found myself regretting the choice. Moving on to the Heavenly Banana Pudding, it was another disappointment. The main issue was the imbalance in ingredients - there were an overwhelming number of bananas compared to the scarce presence of Nilla wafers. The topping consisted of only one lonely wafer, whereas a well-balanced dessert should have evenly distributed wafers throughout. The ratio of vanilla wafers to bananas to pudding was simply off, resulting in a lackluster and unappealing texture. Given the underwhelming experience with both desserts, I cannot recommend purchasing sweets from this location in the future. The Rainbow Layer Cake's generic taste and the poorly executed Heavenly Banana Pudding have left me with no desire to revisit Burger Urway for dessert options. Unfortunately, I wouldn't advise others to try their desserts either, as there are likely better options available elsewhere.

this place is so inconsistent. the menu say one price then when you get there it's another price . after ordering my food i sat down and rethought about this . fries say $2.75 but it was rung up $5.19 . what a scam !!! i asked for my order to be cancelled and she stated since the manager was not here she wouldn't be able to cancel my order . the service is not good . and i'm actually not pleased . it's not about the money but the principle about the situation . Joanna is the manager at this location . when i look at the menu before hand i expect to pay those prices that's in my budget not when i get to the location it's more money . i don't respect that that means they don't respect me my time or money

If you are looking for a salad shop, that’s not crazy expensive…..Got here around noon, on a Friday. The line was busy- so the wait was a little long. The staff wasn’t so happy but I guess they were over it lol. I ordered a salad, was good.
Lot of options and choices here. I especially like how it is sectioned off inside based on the different food offerings . I ordered pizza which was crisp crusted and cheesy with tasty sauce. I observed other food orders and their burgers in particular looked outstanding. I can eat here again...and would recommend it to others.

I have been coming to this establishment for a few months because I like the onion rings. Today there was a woman and a man at the register. The lady was busy, but the man was just fixing the condiments. I went over the the man to place my order and he pretended not to see me. I walked to the side and he took another person's order. I said to the man you didn't just see me standing here to place my order ? The other man with the black shirt says you went over there? I said no the woman was taking care of a customer. The man took my order I paid for it and I left to wait for my order. When I came back the man in the black shirt says you making all that fuss and your order is right here. I began to get upset because when I came back for my order I never expected the man in the black shirt to respond to me AGAIN! I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. What happened to the customer being right? There was no more need to exchange words after I 0aid for my order. After today I won't be back there. If you are working for a business you have to consider your customers! I should have just cancelled my order. Here is my receipt

I've ordered from here through grubhub countless times. I felt I needed to post a review since all the other reviews are surprisingly bad. I've never had any issues from this place and the food that I've ordered have always got to me on time and has always been great. I've ordered burgers, fries, shakes, burritos, desserts and I've never had a complaint about anything. I think the people posting bad reviews are lying for whatever reason. Might order something from here later tonight.
