Customer service was poor. After being seated in this random hit box off to the side we requested to be moved. Then the waitress came to the table a total of 2 times to bring waters and take our order then 1 more time when I had to request a fork. I asked someone else walking by for the bill.

You know how you see an Argentinian steakhouse and think this is about to be lit? Well this ain’t it. The experience was quite mid.I got the filet minion, cooked medium… it was not medium, quite overcooked. My friend got the skirt steak medium and was quite unimpressed. Butternut squash soup was not a good texture or great flavor.Service was underwhelming had to pour all wine except the initial pour. I would continue about this place but it seems I’m putting more effort in this post than they did for the food.

Stopped by today and I love the way it looks especially the flower garland arch over the door. The waitress was extremely attentive even when the room started to get busy. Unfortunately, they don't have a brunch menu. However, their everyday menu will satisfy your hunger. I had calamari, steak and fries. My date had a hamburger and empanadas. The calamari and fries were well seasoned and tasty. The steak could've used a little salt but it also was good. My dates hamburger was a little on the raw side for medium rare but he still loved it. The beef empanadas were beaming with flavor. All is all good experience and all I'll be returning.

I was really looking forward to eating here. I alway pass by and my girlfriend and I finally decided to. It was a "we made it to the end of the semester" mini celebration and we wanted a good time, good energy. We had reservations for 7pm. And we were seated immediately. However, the waitress were eagerly asking if we were ready to order...uh I barely looked at the menu. Anywho, After ordering the appetizer and food it took a while to come out...all that hassling only to wait ridiculously long. After waiting for what seemed forever they finally gave us bread moments apart from our appetizers and main course. I had the skirt steak - medium well and my bestie had a filet mignon - medium rare, we both had a side of fries. The bread was nice and soft, the calamari were delish. But the steak was so dry... and my besties steak wasnt bloody at all. When we commented on the steak we were shrugged off. Maybe they were off their game. The drinks were okay. I wasnt a fan of the sangria, the passionfruit margarita was delish, but when we asked again for another round it wasnt as good. The flamingo drink was okay-i wasnt a fan but my bestie enjoyed it. Their was one waitress who was a delight to work with. I wish I had gotten her name.

My steak was SO dry , and it was unevenly cooked meaning most parts were cooked to the point of being inedible (dry and chewy) . It’s almost as if they bought that steak from key food last minute, had some inexperienced chef cook it, and slapped it on the plate to call it a day. My friends skirt steak was also very dry. The fries lacked seasoning. We also ordered calamari for appetizer and it was SO oily that I could barely stomach it. The drinks were so so. I had a passionfruit margarita and my friend liked it. We ordered another one for her but the taste wasn’t the same as the one I got. Consistency lacking. Additionally the customer service was pretty good ! Our server was super kind and definitely catered to us. However, at the same time we felt rushed. Bus boys wanted to clear off the table before we were even finished, and before we even took time to look at the menu, 3 waiters came by to ask if we were ready to order. The food took forever to come out as well . Probably like 40 minutes. When it did arrive, the appetizer and the main courses came all out at once.Overall I rate this place a 1.5/10 . This restaurant is okay. When I got my food it was pretty much almost cold which is not good because I ordered a rare steak lol. It is a bit pricey but the steak was actually good. I ordered online and came in when the app told me to come in but the food was still not done. I give them the benefit of the doubt because I came here on Valentines Day. I wouldnt come here again but the steak was good !

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I had to return my meal, because there was a long strand of hair in the dish. Upon returning the meal, I was confronted by the “owner” a Ms. Valerie who told me that I had to be mistaken that it had to have been my own hair in my entree. I find that hard to believe being a bald man, but she insisted and refused to replace my dish. Unfortunately for myself and my guests it didn’t end there, because we were then overcharged on almost everything we ordered! I truly hope this establishment finds new ownership, I’ve been a longtime resident of Brooklyn and refuse to ever come back no matter how great the drinks are. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Food was great. We came as a group of 15 and they were happy to accommodate us. Service was a bit slow at times (took about 30 minutes to get the check after asking) but there's a lot going on and on a Friday night they were very busy, as expected in this area. We ended up here for about 4 hours when I feel like we only needed maybe 2.5 hours. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. The flamenco dancer(s) and employees made eating here feel like we were extended family. I'd go back for sure.
