Who still goes to this fake Mexican joint? Lol, clearly not the people who know what Mexican food are supposed to be. Food was flavorless and made without much passion you could tell. I have had much better tacos and more respectable presentation from a food truck on a random street than the ones made here. Clearly made for white people who will gobble up anything and proclaim its the best in the world every day without much thoughts given. I'm sure the owners have pilfered enough profits from this joint on their initial investment to present the food this way...

Excellent place with arguably the best service team I’ve had the pleasure of being served by.The servers were very nice and efficient and Michael the manager/owner was incredibly gracious regarding an issue with our food.He comped the whole meal because of a minor problem with one of our entrees. This was more than enough and very appreciated.Thank you to the Calexico team and Michael! We’ll be back!

Our server Collette was INCREDIBLE! We felt so welcomed and cared for. Literally the best server we've ever had in NYC. The food was wonderful and the drinks were awesome! Especially the mezcal passion fruit shots! Always coming back here when we need some GOOD mexican food and even BETTER service!

Wouldn't recommend ordering delivery with a dietary restriction. My order was wrong and I was not offered a replacement, only refunded for the single item which was like half the cost of reordering with fees.

My favorite mexican spot and a go-to everytime I visit Brooklyn. When I lived in teh neighborhood I think I got a burrito here once a week. YUM!
We just had a variety of tacos and it was delicious. the atmosphere was pretty cute , the staff was attentive and I even spotted a local celebrity.

It's definitely the place to go . Everyone here is super nice . When I was pregnant with my son, calexico was the only food that stayed down literally ! I was on IV fluids for six months because food wouldn't stay down, but once my husband brought me to calexico, I was fed and happy . We drive all the way from Rosedale/valleystream just to enjoy their food. Thanks Calexico come to the long area soon and please ??.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the chicken fingers and fries, and they usually give a little coloring sheet for the kids at the table
