Third time I did not get my delivery. I won't let this happen again cause I can eat else where. The driver did not even call they sent me a text say my food was outside. When I looked at the picture it's not even my house. I am so up set. I even gave a tip and all. If the driver does not speak English train them to call and just say good come out side.

I ordered a Curry goat pea's and rice with oxtail gravy I received the good went to eat the taste was entirely Unbearable, It appears it's drenched I'm Pepper? I asked about a refund or exchange I was told once it leaves the store they cannot mind you on the menu it's not listed as it being spicy Just shameful as a business in today's society this isn't the 90s things come with labels in restaurant's now.

I GREETED HER WITH A GOOD AFTERNOON SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS SPEAKING BLACKANESE. AT THAT POINT I WAS SOMEWHAT RELUCTANT TO EVEN ORDER. But i did. I got the STEWED CHICKEN PEAS AND RICE CABBAGE AND ONE PIECE OF PLANTAIN SMH. If you have ATTITUDE STAY HOME IF YOU'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE CUSTOMER BEFORE SOMEONE DON'T BRING THAT TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. I KNOW IT'S HOT AND BEING IN A KITCHEN WHICH CAN PUT PRESSURE ON YOUR attitude i know because in not a fan of the summer but still SHOW POLITENESS AND BE CORDIAL TO EACH PAYING CUSTOMER. Disappointed, was my first time ordering a meal at Cartaz. I usually try to get there for their patties, which are good (I get mild beef). Ordered a medium plate of stewed chicken with rice and peas, cabbage, plantain--at least that what I was told u was getting. When I got it home and opened it, there was four small pieces of chicken that were more bone than meat. The 6 inch plate was layered with rice and peas, 1 tbsp of cabbage, one slice of plantain. The cabbage was skillfully layered over the rice so you would think you had a cabbage side order but nah--one tablespoon spread out. Very disappointed. Basically I paid for a large order of rice and peas with essence of chicken, cabbage and plantain.Vegetarian options: They're available

The food is good. But it seems if you order to many different things you may not get all. On a few occasions I ordered things they did not have and instead of calling me to get an alternative talking about drink wise they sent me what they have ( what if I have allergies). And if they don't have something they just don't call and when you get your order, and have to call to find out what happened, then they will make an adjustment to your bill. This is happening to much and I really am not pleased

This restaurant isn’t the same. The food isn’t flavorful, the staff is very rude & it needs a deep cleaning. Wouldn’t recommend. Idk if it’s new management or new cooks. But something has to change!!

I ordered the curried goat with explicit instructions about the gravy and the food I received was swimming in oil. Ordered food 30 min earlier, went to get it n the curry goat hadn’t been packed yet,got home & it was mostly bones& little meat, customer service was wack especially that I went in first to pick the food & when hubby walked in ( light skinned lady at cashier)she lit up” “ooh I haven’t seen you in a long time “with forced conversation that makes no sense & kept looking up n down at me in disgust,,,Oh n the fried fish was tiny , not worth the price,,,,
