Its ok. Im not a fan of the computerized ordering kiosk. At times it takes too long to respond. But in an effort tp cut down on costs, I am not suprised. The staff barely speak to you when you get your order, feels ao robotic sadly. Food is eh, its fast food. Cant expect it to be so great

I ordered a chicken box with fries meal, the girl at the register charged me for a half pound box and when I said she did, she tried to say it was the cost of the meal until I had to point out the menu with the price differences. She then asked if I wanted a refund of the difference and I said no just give me the half pound box since it was already charged. They then proceed to give me the REGULAR box meal and when I ask them are they sure this is the 1/2 pound box they said yes. Idk why they are being stingy with food that I paid for as if they take money out of their pocket for inventory?? Weird overall experience I see why the place was EMPTY and the McDonald’s next door was fully packed. Even White Castle down the road has way more business. 1/10 never go to this location

I went through the drivethru and was very happy with the service I received my order was correctly taken and the worker was very courteous and the food was fresh. I will definitely come back to this particular Checkers.

Friendly manager good customer service I could deal with the snotty remarks coming from the delivery personnel about how I'm homeless when I don't live in a shelter or New York crack head association other than that okay place to grab a bite indoors
