DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. PLACE KEEPS GETTING WORSE WITH THE FOOD KEEPS GETTING MORE EXPENSIVE AND NOW EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD.Today they wouldn’t deliver because I didn’t reach a $12 minimum, which is ridiculous when you already charge a delivery fee but want you me to order with a minimum… does that make any sense. The delivery guy always gets a $5 tip minimum regardless the amount.What is crazy is you guys have been getting worse the couple of months, once the food came with hair but i didn’t have to complain or bring it up to you guys and was still supporting you guys, I have been getting food from here for the past 2 years and never had a problem until now and whoever the new girl is taking the orders is really bad at her job, like why does it take so long to order with her. Bring the lady that barely spoke English but was quick and somehow still always got the order right.If anyone has the same issues can you please some recommend some better local spots.

Posting this very negative review in hopes that feedback can lead to change.What happened to the kind, friendly people who used to run this place? I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 15 years and enjoyed China City for just as long. Customer service has gone down the drain. The new lady who works the phone is a deal-breaker. I gave her several attempts, we all have bad days, but she is invariably rude and is in fact getting meaner over time. Used to be a great takeout restaurant for many, many years, and it took one individual with an attitude problem only one year to ruin my very high perception of this long-standing business. I’m not alone in this view.*food is still awesome!!! always was. if you have a high tolerance for being treated like garbage, give it a try, would hate for this community staple to lose business because of someone’s unprofessional conduct*

The lady that takes the order over the phone has no idea what she’s doing. The restaurant is on kings highway in Brooklyn and she asked me if I was in breezy point queens….Took so long to order 2 combination items. And she’s rude as well.

The lady that answers the phone is new. She is completely out of this world clueless. The Asian lady that used to answer the phone was so quick. The new one that answers the phone makes the whole phone call so dreadful. For Christs sake, I was on the phone with her for 13 minutes to order 2 orders of sesame chicken and rice. Me and my sisters literally will not order from here anymore just because of how slow the delivery process is over the phone!!!!
