I live a block away, I was hesitant on coming here cause of the bad reviews. I couldn’t take it no more and decided to come today I’m happy I did the food was good the cashier was pretty cool & the 2nd person that serve my food was cool as well. The first person that started my food didn’t even ask do I want a bowl or burrito home girl just picked up the bowl & asked what kind of rice I want I had to chuckle to myself cause how you going to assume that’s what I should get. Overall the food was amazing. I feel bad for everyone else that had a bad experience oh yea the place wasn’t tiddy they need to clean down the food area it was mess. It’s best to start a whole new team cause idk who running this location they need to do better!

I took my cousin to this location while she was visiting the US after a day of shopping at the mall because it was close by , Never been to this location since it opened had high hopes for it and got excited to see it there. I kid you not …..it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a Chipotle store and I go a lot. The manager Teddy (with the glasses) was soooooooo disrespectful to his employees in front of customers and the drivers who came to pick up food . He was literally throwing a tantrum and threatened his employee going back and forth and the use of profanity was a lot in front of everyone telling her to punch out or he will punch her out ,he kept going back and forth arguing with the girls . Tossing online orders and calling slamming stuff down walking back and forth. This is NOT professional behavior . He could’ve easily called her to the side and spoke to her. That is the most dirty AND UNPROFESSIONAL Chipotle I’ve ever been too , hate to say it …. But chipotle needs to get rid of the guy sorry to say he doesn’t possess managerial skills needed to run this or any establishment.

Honestly, they need to completely change the staff. The food was horrible. The rice was mushy. There was barely food to be served. Mind you before i entered the restaurant there was no one there. They should've been preparing food right? No. Then u have a heavy set women rolling up weed im the entrance area and she is friends with the employees. I wont ever come here again. Everything just looks dingy run down and looks like the dont not care about the food they are serving. As the reviewer below me said 0/10 would not recommend. Go somewhere else. Like Mcdonalds instead.

Ordered for delivery and they didn’t even put toppings on the tacos. I ordered three tacos you would think for delivery they would make sure they put all the toppings it requires. Like why would someone order tacos with just chicken and sour cream nothing else. No lettuce tomato salsa and to pay over $20 for DoorDash just ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!
