Went into the store at 9pm store closes at 11pm they had ran out of most items that makes a bowl a bowl! And manager didn't compensate me for anything or at least lower the price which is horrible, two bowls no corn! No Fiesta! No lettuce! No gwaq! No sour cream! Sir these items makes a Chipotle bowl, close the store if you don't have the basic ingredients and managerial skills to say would you like a free bag of chips or something!?

You would think the staff has basic training on how to roll a burrito , but they don’t , instead I got a grumpy employee sucking they’re teeth at me handing me a sloppy mess of food , because she wasn’t able to roll it up with single tortilla. portioning is a thing for a reason , so that rolling all the ingredients can be proper and efficient, it doesn’t take two tortilla wraps to roll the foodthat becomes excessive calories . Especially when us as customer are coming to chipotle with the intention of buying a monitored healthy product .

Worst chipotle ever. They totally messed up and put an INSANE and unedible amount of salt in their rice. I think they didn’t mix it up. When I asked if they could remake without rice they refused and told me I have to call corporate.

I tried to give this place three visits before I made a final decision on a review. Everytime I've gone it's been an issue. Today the ice machine was not working. There was no sign to let guests know about the issue. If I would have know beforehand I wouldn't have purchased a drink.courtesy goes a long way. Don't brother going after 3pm as it's packed with unruly school children. There's never a line which is a plus. Please beware when you order pick up that you will get significantly less food than when you order in person. The last time I went the guy at the cashier gave me so much push back on using my rewards. The establishment can use some cleaning. The location is good as it's right outside the a/c train and walking distance from the shuttle so that's another plus. My food was eh it was lukewarm and not fresh.

I purchased a order steak rice beans with the normal extras that goes with the dish, the steak was tough under cooked , as a matter of fact everything I ordered was not worthy of consuming, isn't there a quality control person that samples the food before it's sold to the consumer, Run from this Spot!!Dietary restrictions: If you have high blood pressure, please don't order the guac ? it's way way way to salty?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've been here twice. EVERY TIME I Go they never have food ready. EVERY TIME I go they NEVER have plain white rice . Ask for the manager but they never come to the front . The customer service sucks. They're very cheap with the portions. It's really sad because this location hasn't even been open a year. The Shake Shack Next door they customer service is IMPECCABLE. Take Note, Chipotle .

Saw the reviews, and decided “how bad can it actually be?” It is a chain after all, so you would think there are basic similarities between all locations. Boy, was I wrong.Upon coming home and opening, this is what I received for my 3 chicken tacos. Wheres the 3rd “taco” you ask? Just a soggy, empty tortilla laying flat on the bottom soaked in juices of god knows what. Ok, so cosmetically not a good start.. but no worries, I’ll just eat it with a fork. Its all going in my mouth, and Ill be drunk anyway ?‍♀️Then I tasted it. Jesus christ. I hope I dont have to explain any further, how bad this tasted.I would understand inconsistencies if they were busy and understaffed, but it was empty in there (probably for good reasons)I had asked for my order past the pick up time given on app, and is wasnt even beginning to be made (even though the lady was standing there, doing nothing, servicing no one.)What a shame.

I came to this chipotle and I truly regret coming to this location, I ordered a steak bowl and 2 chicken bowls and believe me when I tell you it was truly "Nasty", the steak and the chicken was not cooked done at all.?I paid over $50.00 for this grap and I couldn't believe how the food was that horrible!!??The one downtown Brooklyn is 10 times better than this one here on Utica Ave.I will "never" order from this place ever again and I will never refer anybody else there because the food is not what it should be??!The staff there was playing around and playing music and the cooks that you see from the counter was playing and didn't seem to care that people are looking at them!!?

This location opens at about 1045. Nothing is ever ready and the staff attitude is so nonchalant, terrible experience, and more than one occasion. I’ll ask for steak at 11:40. Staff told me it wouldn’t be ready for a couple hours. Unacceptable.

Monday I ate for the first time at chipotle for the first time and it was ok. on Tuesday I went back to grab my lunch for the second and the customer services with the same workers were terribl. One employee stated that all in all her day wasn't going well. I then thought that was personal because at the end of the your took a professional that dead with the general public. another employee then offer me stale chips told me that it was made 8 o'clock that morning. I then told him honestly it taste like chips from the day before he then tried to go back and fourth and I got a little upset with his customer service because no matter what customers are always right. So basically divided by stale chips. At this point I'm just aggravated because I'm pregnant and hungry and I was giving a hard time. lastly a customer came into the restaurant and honestly I believed he robbed was out of his money because the charges him $25-$35 for a chicken or stake bowl without even something to drink and that was when the customer looked at his order curiously thinking how impossible could that have been. at the end the employee who said she was having a bad day basically mood changed after that interaction with that customer. SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE ON FULTON STREET AND BEDFORD AVENUE. Honestly I will not be eating from you ever again because I don't want that to be me at all. it's just not fair especially in these hard times.

Couldn’t place an order on the app 1 hour before closing time, so I went in to see if they were out of something. They weren’t. They just arbitrarily decided to stop taking online order 1 hour before closing even though they were fully staffed and the restaurant was empty. I have got great experience at every Chipotle literally everywhere, except this one.
