Stopped here before heading back to DTW after our Egypt trip. It was a rainy day, but we decided to catch the subway here anyway, and it was well worth it. I loved the breakfast burrito, and everyone I was with also liked their food. I would definitely come back if in the area and recommend you check it out if hungry and not too far. This is the exact pulse of Brooklyn: tactical grunge. Exposed brick, bikes on the wall (from Boardwalk Empire), diverse peoples speaking five languages, heavy bass on the speakers, incredible food (butcher breakfast was insanely inexpensive for the quality and size), and super friendly staff. Choice Market is located on the corner of Lafayette St and Grand Ave with two entrances. Lafayette St entrance for their take-out grab a quick bite and Grand Ave entrance for dine-in with a cozy wooden ceiling and exposed brick wall.
