New management and the food has become inconsistent in preparation and flavor. Never in my life have a come across a Chinese food restaurant that was this inconsistent with the recipes. I orderer bbq boneless spare ribs on one day and got just that. Then another day I got sliced pork with some lame sauce and not the chunks of meat with thick bbq sauce like it’s supposed to.

This place used to be my favorite spot in coney, they recently changed management and you can tell. The food portions are smaller and they don't taste the same. I am so disappointed with the recent change. ? please bring back the old chefs. The egg rolls are smaller and my old favorites the chicken dumplings do not taste the same, they are also smaller and mine where overcooked. Very disappointed in the "new" Chow time.

I love ordering their chicken banh mi hero. Yummy. It comes with fresh cucumbers, shredded carrots and pickled radishes. Great combo of flavors. Order this - you won't regrets. Oh, and the bread is super soft!!

Super friendly staff. Food was GREAT and they fill it up as much as they can. I ordered rice ? broccoli ? and chicken ? and a honey dew milkshake. It was great ?? total was 17 bucks. Only bad thing is they don't have too much space for inside eating
