The one employee working does NOT speak or understand any English. Only Spanish she says. I was trying to ask when the cinnamon buns would be ready & she could not comprehend at all.

I went there today which happens to be a Sunday and there was a long line before I could place the order. Since I had time, I went ahead and made up my mind on what to order but was very disappointed that they didn't have the boxes for multi buy boxes. I was planning to purchase a 4 or 6 pack but since I was not going to get a multi buy discount I only got 3 of Classic boxes. I would recommend to management that if boxes are not available the customer should have been notified beforehand. I loved the taste as it was delicious and fresh but my 1 star is for not having something they had advertised.

Wasn't pleased with the service I received. Ordered churros and a cinna mini bun. Remaining Cinna mini barely had any frosting, so asked for some to be added. Cashier (Vanessa) said frosting cost $1. Told her I didn't need extra frosting, just "some" frosting (since the minis looked dry). Asked if she'd squeeze some frosting from their bottle and she said no. That shouldn't have been an inconvenience, but apparently it was.Vanessa clearly didn't care about customer service. She wasn't rude. Her disposition simply relayed that she didnt give a hoot about customer satisfaction or the job. As if being fired would be doing her a favor. Owner needs to strengthen coaching and training. The exchange left a sour taste in my mouth.

The mall itself closes at 9pm. All of the stores and other eateries close at 9. This Cinnabon place closes at 7pm and that’s very inconvenient. You would think that the Cinnabon place closes at 9 along with the mall, no. It was very annoying to walk up to the Cinnabon stand and they was closed way earlier than the rest of the mall. Also, I saw one of the people dealing with money and touching the food. That’s a spread of germs. I give this place zero stars. They should start closing at the same time as the mall.

Just your typical mall Cinnabon. i never buy them to eat right away - i like to take the buns home to heat them in my oven and have them with tea. The taste of cinnamony and gooey icing goodness NEVER disappoints! Customer service is hit or miss, but it's a mall spot - manage your expectations. Pricey too! 5 mini-Cinnabons were like $23. How Sway??? But i treat myself to them to few times a year.
